Bourbon chocolate truffle ice cream and Mexican hot chocolate.
    Mark A.

Very good banana pudding ice cream, with big chunks of Nilla wafers. Freshly-made waffle cones. Bourbon chocolate truffle ice cream was nice and boozy, and deeply chocolate. The Mexican hot chocolate was very spicy, which is what we expect. Thick and chocolately as well. Good variety of flavors, with ours at least matching the names. A wide variety of drinks. Definitely worth the walk on the underpass bridge from the main Tlaquepaque area.

We all got different types of ice cream and they were all delicious! Made fresh in the house and that caramel iced coffee is very good too. The line was out the door when we got there, but the line went so quickly that it didn't take long at all.

Excellent customer service, friendly, engaging and helpful. So many choices, cookies, cupcakes, bars,& ice creams. Outdoor seating is available, tiny shop, very peaceful.

This is a go to place for the best prickly pear Lemonade! That's all we have ever gotten here. I see alot of not so great reviews thinking for some desserts. Service has been fine for us. We walk across street after shopping and looking around in the village.

What a TERRIBLE experience! After a long hike we found this ice cream shop for a treat. We are a party of 8 (4 kids & 4 adults). We looked up the shop & online said it closed at 6pm. We arrived at 5:50pm and the doors were locked. After we knocked on the window a few times the woman working reluctantly unlocked the door & said she's closing. After I mentioned it says online you close at 6pm, she angrily let us inside. She was in such a terrible mood, so rude & snappy. Another family of 4 knocked on the window at 5:52pm & we had to ask the worker to please let them in. Still 8 minutes until closing time. She was angry & down right rude to every customer there. After we got our scoops, which took just a few minutes- we were outside where there are chairs, tables, benches to eat our ice cream. And she came out was grabbing all the chairs & taking all the tables- we felt so unwelcome we left! I'm going to assume the employee was not the owner, as a business owner I would be mortified to see my employee treat patrons that way.

Not sure why the average reviews are what they are. We had great service, and the ice cream is absolutely delicious! And reasonably priced for the area. They even add sprinkles for the kiddos :) Great location too!

This is such a cute shop and it smells so yummy. Hubs and I popped in to see what they had and to my surprise, there were no chocolate chip cookies. No worries, Hubs found something a cookie he liked and said it was pretty good. The staff is friendly and the air is cold! Definitely worth stopping by. It is on the opposite side of the street if you're there and looking for it.

Great experience on a busy holiday weekend! Visited on Sunday and both the staff working were excellent and poised. My coffee was originally made incorrectly with whole milk and they quickly remade with the requested almond. I was greeted politely and endearingly and that almost matters more than product sometimes! Speaking of which, the coffee was yum and the fresh strawberry ice cream scoop was a hit. Yeah, pricey- but .... Sedona. I'd go back!

They had all different kinds of ice cream. Cupcakes cakes, hot chocolate coffee. You name it. They had it so we got a hot chocolate with an ice cream in it. Oh my gosh, it was so good. It's just worth to come to this. And their Cupcakes are so good and tasty. I found a new place to come to when I come visit. Sedona

Stale tasting brownies - so disappointing & gross!

They don't only have some of the most delicious, moist gluten-free 'bagels,' (which are more like whole wheat buns and are delicious, so good toasted or fresh) but they also fresh bake a ridiculously broad range of sweet cakes and pastries, including this divine peanut butter pie, which, straight out of the fridge tastes like creamed peanut butter fudge atop an almost chewy, lightly crunchy, chocolate biscuit base. They also make amazing cakes to order and carry great trail snacks like maple sweetened cookies and picnic favorites like their delicious vegan GF quiche (which even has my mum's stamp of approval and she is the quiche queen), Service is personal and friendly, there are seats there both indooor and out, but it's a very popular take out spot. Get there in the morning for the bagels, they have cakes and delicacies available all day long. This is a great 'small business' to support, we are lucky to have it in West Sedona. He got the hostess chocolate one and I got carrot cake. I love how everything is gluten free and most everything was also dairy free. The cupcakes were delicious and not dry. Only downside is the cupcakes were pretty pricey especially for the size (I think part of this is just Sedona in general). The decor could use an upgrade as it was quite cluttered and just looked messy and not professional. Otherwise, great place!

We drove there and I purchased a dozen for a meeting I drove up here to attend. One of the people at the meeting had a friend attending, and when I brought the box of donuts in, she told her friend '"These are the donuts I've been telling you about." Everyone enjoyed them, including the guest speaker and her crew. I'd been warned about the line waiting to order, which made its way outdoors. In reality, the line was only a minute or two long. I was impressed by their apple fritters: usually, the dough is quite saturated with the cooking oil used, but these were light, crunchy, and not at all what I usually expect. Service was excellent, and they treat the customer really well (saw someone re-order as they initially ordered the wrong item; the individual at the register was very nice to the crabby customer -- who tried to make it the mistake of the server: that wasn't her fault). They have very good coffee. Prices are what they are as fuel prices have made a mess of the economy.

Inside was very spacious. We ordered at the counter and couldn't help but notice all the beautiful breads and pastries behind the display counter. The menu was extensive- breakfast items, salads, sandwiches, pastas, soups, small bites, and a kids menu. Soo many choices but I ended up ordering half soup and salad and my hubby got the steak torta sandwich, the advertised special. The meals were brought to our table. Spicy chicken soup/strawberry spinach salad without bleu cheese- delicious! The soup was VF/DF. Very tasty with a little kick. I didn't see any chicken, but nevertheless it was still good. The salad was fresh and I enjoyed the various textures with the strawberries and nuts. The dressing was nice and light. It also came with 2 pieces of their sliced bread. The steak torta sandwich- yummy! Hubby enjoyed it. It came with a side of sweet potato chips that were to die for. Oh and I almost forgot! Their outdoor seating faced the gorgeous Sedona rock formations. We ate our dinner facing the beautiful views and watched the sunset : ) Great food, friendly service, and gorgeous views! I would definitely eat here again, when in town.

It feels cheapened and more bare somehow. There was no plant based milk for my husband at the beverage station. The oat milk was completely empty and the station was messy. I think they only tend to it when someone complains truthfully. Speaking of cheapened, the matcha tea latte was totally not worth it. It was over 50% ice and had such a scant amount of matcha I'd be hard to tell it was in there drinking the beverage blind folded. 100% do not recommend. Not sure if this was made to standard or not, but it was not to MY standards. We each ordered different sandwiches, but when it came to the ones with sliced meat, the meat was center loaded to make it look like much more in the sandwich, with very little being at the edges. It feels like the sandwiches have about 25% less meat. Potato soup was how I remembered it and probably the best deal out of the group and it came with bread. My BLT was so so. The tomato had zero taste, the bacon was a little thin. This last visit was really off, and it wasn't sitting well. I couldn't believe my beloved Wildflower had changed THAT much. I'm not sure if it was an off day, a new team, or what. I took it upon myself to reach out to guest services direct as I thought they should know. Haleigh responded within hours and said she would share the feedback with the team to improve things at this location. I was so impressed with the quick and sincere response. No excuses were made, complete ownership was taken, response time was exceptional. I'll definitely give Wildflower another chance based on the response to my feedback. Hoping for a 5/5 next time!
