Once I found it...it was everything. I wish I had a local coffee joint like this in carrollton. The Caribbean coffee was life and so beautiful. Price point was on target. The coffee was delivered with whip cream and a coffee bean on top of the lid. Customer service was a 10. Really really a great experience give them a try. Cream and coffee is the cutest and best place to get a cuppa coffee in Palestine. All their drinks are good. They usually have a special drink for holidays and every single cup gets the whip cream dollop on the top and chocolate covered coffee thing. I Love go in there and you can download the app and get points. read more

the only reason i don't give it 5 stars is because the app has some problems (you can't register a card, you have to type everything in every time you want to add money) and because the drinks are a bit pricey. i'm also not the biggest fan of their cold brew, it's a bit too tangy for my taste, but everyone likes their coffee differently so i'm sure there are people who want that flavor from their cold brew. other than that, i love cream & coffee and i go here at least once a week. the baristas are very nice and make excellent drinks. the hot holiday drinks like the pumpkin chai and the peppermint mocha are especially delightful. read more

My husband and I were passing through Palestine over the Christmas holiday. I spotted this adorable coffee shop and had to pull over. Our lattes were delicious! What I found most charming about this place was that instead of putting a plastic stopper in your to-go lid (to prevent spilling) they used a small amount of whipped cream and a chocolate covered espresso bean to cover the hole. In your first sip you get a taste of your coffee/espresso beverage with the whipped cream and espresso bean. Genius and delightful! Staff was very nice and did a great job crafting the beverages.
