My rug came back to me with stains on the back side that were not there when sending the rug to them. So I dismissed it since was on the backside, and the holiday were upon us - I needed to use the rug. This month December 2019, my rug came back to me with an excessive stains on the back, but now also giant blotches on the front where it looks as if some cleaner spilled near it, or bleach, or some kind of over processing occured at their shop. When I questioned them about this, they said I sent to them in this manner. At $270 to clean, why would I have sent a damaged rug to be cleaned - and why would they have accepted this rug for cleaning? Doesn't even make sense - but that was her line. Long and short of it, I asked her to adjust my bill (remove the cost of the cleaning off my now damaged rug) - she refused stating again I sent in damaged. The worse part is she gave me about 5 different explanations of how this damage occurred (wait! I thought I brought in damaged?!). My rug was fine when I sent it for cleaning and freshening for the holidays. Now I have to purchase a replacement rug which is on backorder - no rug for the holidays, AND I'm out $1500! I will never use Artistic Cleaners again. Advice to you: take photos of your rugs at pickup and have driver sign off on the condition of your rug.

The Dry Guys did our water/flood mitigation for our bathroom, which had seeped into a walk in closet and downstairs to another bathroom and office/bedroom. I called to speak with their office and within minutes their project manager called me back and was over within the hour. The next day their team came and we're extremely thorough and explained everything regarding what was wet/damaged and what they were doing to mitigate. 3 days with their equipment and they came back today - everything dried out.
