I spoke with Bob, the owner, who instead of listening to my concerns and working towards a solution immediately started swearing at me and yelling because I questioned the cleaning job. He then threatened to sue me if I left a review and hung up on me. The receipt says if you're unsatisfied to please call them. I guess that is just marketing, with no intention of standing behind their work.

The Dry Guys did our water/flood mitigation for our bathroom, which had seeped into a walk in closet and downstairs to another bathroom and office/bedroom. I called to speak with their office and within minutes their project manager called me back and was over within the hour. The next day their team came and we're extremely thorough and explained everything regarding what was wet/damaged and what they were doing to mitigate. 3 days with their equipment and they came back today - everything dried out.
