I can't recommend Creamer's enough. I waited until the last minute for my inspection, but they got it done! Corbin greets you with a smile and gets you in and out pretty quickly. We had our car serviced here since Drive Pros closed. They did a great job. The front desk person was so nice- and I would absolutely recommend them again! Snarky guy at the front desk is like the 'no soup for you' guy on the Seinfeld show, divvying up your wait time according to his whim. One hour wait for dark-skinned young woman, two hours for old white woman just one person behind the 10 minute inspection for the young woman's car. Also, young woman was being picked up and old woman was waiting on site for her car to be addressed. WAIT, it gets better. Or worse -- when he says he gives our home town/land the middle finger after visiting Mexico and wanting to stay there. Go! I say go back. Bud light? Maybe we should bud light this location. I certainly will. Oh my..... after writing this review, their truck showed up across from my house. It sat there for a few minutes, and on the way out just stared at our place. Should anything happen, I'll notify law enforcement, I did take a photo, and this place is blanketed with cams that save directly to the cloud. read more

Been going here years for vehicle safety inspection and sad to say I was finally on the receiving end of what I've heard lots from others... "Rear brakes and rotors wont pass inspection" I inquired about replacing only pads for I do service my own car and had replaced the rotors semi recently. Got told "we can't only do brakes the rotors are shot and it won't be able to happen or worth our time cause it still won't pass" Fair enough, took my keys and drive vehicle exactly 1/4 mile away to another shop that was BLOWN away at the nonsense I shared from Creamers. Passing sticker was put on, mechanic actually pulled me aside to physically show me the remaining pad and the "Contact" they were making which was literally described as the reason they would have failed at the previous shop... they "did not make full contact with rotor and rotor is completely rusted" said creamers! Very unfortunate I had to experience this to feel like I'm never placing a vehicle in their possession again. CAUTION! Be aware of your vehicles maintenance and be sure you don't fall victim to what would have been a $300 SCAM! My typical guy working the counter was not there this particular day and my usual mechanic in addition... Should have been my sign to pick another day or even shop so it proved. Very sad yet very fortunate to have the opportunity to share this as a precaution! (PS THIS IS NOT THE 1st or 10th story of this type of treatment from this shop) Customers beware read more

Went to Creamer's for the first time to get my oil changed and tires rotated. They're first-come-first-served, so they took my truck in as soon as I got there and got to work. I stayed in the office and chatted with Corbin. Easygoing, friendly, and very helpful. The atmosphere is very welcoming and they got the job done quickly. Went there for an oil change on my Mercedes. No big deal right (wrong!!!!!) after paying for it went to get in my car and had the seat all the way forward had to stand outside to put the seat back to the original position. Started the car and found out my instrument cluster program had been completely disassembled took me 15 minutes to get it back the way I had it. Got home and noticed the headlights were still on took me another 10 minutes to figure that out in the programming read more

Swung back around today for a new service being offered, detailing. It was awesome. I bought my car used and Corbin got it looking all shiny and new. Even wrestled with the long white dog hairs and won. Reasonable rates and it was a great day to sit in the sunshine and enjoy the morning with a book and coffee. Every time i get a state inspection on my dealership maintained vehicles they find some thing wrong to charge extra $$ for.

Awful experience!!! They took my radiator cap off when the car was still hot, the cap "exploded" in their words and broke into 6 pieces. They then tried to charge me $63 for a part I picked up myself at the parts store for $9.50. They were incredibly rude, screaming at each other behind the door where I could clearly hear them. Also, the oil change I originally went for was listed online as $27.95 and he wouldn't honor that price. read more

Corbin always takes great care of me and always has. He goes out of his way to find what you need, even when it is inconvenient for him. He is always there for his clients. Keep in mind this is a first come first serve business, that is volunteered information up front. Thanks to James and Billy I was able to get my car inspected and back on the road. I was promised by Autoserve, in the area, that they would inspect my car once again and get me back on the road. But when I got there, I was they didn't have enough time for me even though they told me to come in to see them. So I searched around and found Creamer's.
