CONS -There's five to seven brands of disposables and maximum 4-5 of each brand, that's on a good stock day. I've been in when there was less than 8 total in the store, a few low end and some of most expensive. The Pros - I gave 3 stars because the staff are always very friendly and are knowledgeable on all products. And I appreciate that Even though stock is limited the brands each are in several flavors, so it's not just one flavor of "Elf Bar" or one flavor "Escobar" etc. It's a convenient location, easy to see and find. The store is always immaculately clean and Odor free. I went to Boerne vapeshop a week ago and turned around 3 ft in due to the burning of many different Incense smells trying to cover cigarette smoking smell. It was horrible!!

However the lack of proper restocks and a stubborn unreliable owner lead to several problems. The owner will refuse to adjust prices even with information to help adjust them. The owner will refuse to restock products even after being told multiple times. The owner will also sometimes answer a call and tell you the customer that something is stocked without even knowing if it's there simply to try and get a sale, which just leads to you coming to the shop and thinking it's the workers fault. This store deserves better, it deserves better wages, better sourced product, better priced product and a chain of command as opposed to whatever messy situation it has currently. Go here for the workers, go somewhere else for better prices.

Two different things about this place versus other lounges we have been to, the owner accompanies you into humidor, and they have to handle cigars. Then, as most, it is BYOB to drink, but this place did not any ice, so bring your own on that as well. But, we told Ian what type of cigars we liked, and he recomended a few kinds for us. They have a large humidor with a great selection!! After smoking our two that we had purchased, we were very happy with his options for us.
