Their vaporizers, coils, batteries are DEFINITELY knock offs. That's why it's so much cheaper than other places. And 9x out of 10 the coils they gave me were bum coils. Obviously they wouldn't do this on purpose, but they also didn't care to replace the crappy coils they gave me that would burn out the same day. One time, I went through 5 coils in ONE DAY. That's poor customer service, plain and simple. That was the straw that broke the camels back. It was becoming too expensive and frustrating to continue going there. Now I go to Viking Vapor, I spend a little more on product, but it sure as heck lasts me a LOT longer and if I have an issue it's always addressed correctly or the product is replaced without batting an eye.
