I've been banking there for over 10 years. I switched car insurance about 10 months ago. CCCULV has my car loan. I switched car insurance 10 months ago. Last July CCCULV starts charging me random hundred dollar charges for being uninsured. I contact the bank and share my insurance with them. Then they tell me they need to be listed as the lien holder, they are but I send them the dec sheet with them listed as the Lienholder. Then they change their story again. They've charged me over $1000.00 and won't refund me. Then they charged me another $100 dollars last night. These theives don't care. I'm fully insured, the bank is listed as the lien holder but still theyvrob me every month. read more

(According to the fraud dept at CCCU) My son was one. The scammers used CCCU's phone number, and Zelle to transfer funds. CCCU say's Zelle denied a claim & there is nothing more CCCU can do. "Early Warning Services, Zelle's operating company, confirmed a policy change back on June 30 that requires Zelle's 2,100 bank and credit union participants to reimburse consumers for what it calls qualifying impostor scams. My husband's friend recommended this to us but it turned out to be the Worst bank we dealt with. Tried opening an account with them in their office, waited more than hour to have the application processed using their zoom/live video conferencing but nobody appeared. The rep apologized and told us to do it online. After two weeks of getting back and forth with an agent for online application, the account is still not approved/verified. If I could give 0 I would. Tons of incompetent employees, especially on the member service phone lines. Was told many lies, had a sizable check miss handled, and was offered no help until I closed all my accounts that I had open for 15 years. Make sure you take note of any one's names who you talk to on the phone and notes of the conversation in case they are not being honest with you. read more

Do not use this bank if you are a business owner. Not business friendly at all, and basic things you can automatically do at other banks are impossible to set up at this bank. Heaven help you if you need to make an external transfer to any other bank, they make it impossible. They add so much frustration to everyday business transactions. read more

if you have a large check to deposit, switch banks. I received my last paycheck from the Clark County(government), and because it was my last check, with payout benefits, they placed it on a 10 day hold. For 27 plus years I have used Clark County Credit union, but because my last check was different from past deposits, they decide to place a hold on it. They didn't care that it was my last pay check, and it could not be direct deposited, they used the term the "subject to hold", based on their interruption. Because of them holding on to money I was placed on a longer timeframe for landscaping projects. read more

DO NOT use this bank if you plan to access your money. I moved my banking to CCCU only to find out after the fact that you can send a total of $100 a day via zelle and $1,000 total to any institution.. If you want to transfer more than this, you have to go to the branch and have them write you a check for your own money to take to another bank. 2022 has been inflated and the car dealerships are a nightmare! The worst time of my life trying to buy a car all until I was told to try Clark county credit Union. I did not have any current accounts with this credit Union but that didn't matter!! I was given the best financial representative ever, miss Dee M. She was absolutely amazing!! Hello I am unsure who these emails go to but I am emailing about a few negative interactions I've had with this bank. I am in serious need of considerate help. It seems if I can almost never get assistance with errors on this account and it's gotten to the point where I had to leave work today as my body reacts very negatively to stress. Hives on my chest and my face due to what I consider reckless behavior on the banks behalf. On March 9th I called to ask if I had scheduled a car payment because I couldn't find anywhere online that said I had the payment scheduled. The rep I spoke to was pretty sure that she checked everywhere and there was no payment showing at all. I trusted her and I asked her to please note the account because I could not afford to lose my money if this happened to me again (because it has) March 10 I woke up and discovered that my account was overdrawn. I immediately called the bank because I have other bills to pay and this bank has charger me outrageous fees with no understanding as to what happened with my account. I have selfishly heard agent after agent tell me "well if we didn't do it we can't fix it" "if it's not our fault there's nothing we can do" "if it wasn't on our end we can't help". I have been in customer service for years and I have been taught to express what I CAN do. Today I asked the agent I spoke with, if I trusted your agent to be trained and knowledgeable why is it you are telling me I made an error and not addressing the fact that she didn't know the rules and misled me while I believed I was secure. To continue hearing over and over that it was my fault is so harsh and hurtful when it was truly a mistake I tried to catch by calling ahead of time. Waking up to those types of surprises when you have done your best to dot your i's and cross your t's is sad and hurtful. Hearing a voice on the other end telling you "oh well we will just take the money out of your savings" as if I gave permission for my mortgage to be taken is mortifying. I couldn't believe someone would so freely express to someone what will happen to their account after telling them over and over what they cannot do. Finally the agent comes back and says she submitted a claim and she was "pretty sure" id get my money back. She "didn't see why they wouldn't" and "it will happen tonight" empty promises to see you still took my money and never called back or gave me relief. I'm up right now. Fresh from working 9 hours. Moving a friend out of a domestic violence situation and going to night school. I'm unsure how I will sleep tonight because this bank treats me so poorly as a client. I brought my car to you guys to refinance in confidence and so far all I've received is poor treatment and road blocks. I need my money back for my sanity and to pay my bills so you guys don't charge me 90 dollars in fees ever again because I am a busy person doing my best to keep up and focus on the real world. Shout outs to the staff at the Tenaya branch to recognize PAT, who helped us secure a home loan back in 1993 (long since paid off!) - we wave to her and smile every time we stop in; SHARWANI, who has helped us with countless transactions and is unfailingly friendly and professional; JJ, who had his notary stamp (free for members) at the ready when we needed it; JACKIE, who helped expedite the processing of a check recently; and finally DAN, at the Windmill branch (and maybe retired?), who was consistently awesome on two separate vehicle purchases through Members Auto Brokerage, the most recent one saving us $5K vs a local Honda dealer (where we had been customers FOR YEARS!).
