I can't say enough good things about Lindsey B. During our quarantine period, my wife and I needed to finance a vehicle that was ending it's lease period through Acura. At the same time I decided to refinance an ongoing Corvette purchase through CCCU for a better rate. The Corvette was actually pretty smooth sailing, but the Acura had many issues in getting the job done. Let's just say their processes on the Acura side aren't very clear, and they don't necessarily make it easy to get outside financing at the end of a lease. Through it all, Lindsey was a total trooper. Working closely with me, being very specific in what she needed from me or help from me to get done, and in some cases stepping in to work directly with Acura when needed. All in all, because of her amazing work we're going to be saving about 350 a month between the two vehicles! I'll definitely be recommending CCCU for my friends due to the great rates, and will be recommending they work with Lindsey if they want to have a total pro working with them! read more

I've been a member of the credit union since I started working in the health care profession. The service is beyond friendly and the staff is always attentive and eager to help. Its nice and refreshing to come to a bank feel like they actually care about their customers and not just their customers money. The only gripe I have about the credit union is well... thats its a credit union ! I know that sounds kind of crazy but I miss some of the conveniences you have with a larger bank. Their closed on Saturdays and their website I think was built by a 8 year old but at the end of the day i'd much rather have a killer interest rate on my car loan than easy navigation on a website. Ohhh, and the dividends don't hurt either !! read more

We worked with a gentleman named Corey who answered the phone and has treated us like we're family. He has been the easiest man to work with and hes put our interests at heart and has done everything he can to make our experience painless, easy, convenient and successful. Its people like Corey that keeps us coming back to this bank to do our business with. Cory should have a raise, a corner office with a view, a brand new car, and 1/2 the year with a paid vacation! Just a regular day, but for me, I was looking to make a wire transfer regarding the purchase of a home. The teller at the branch on Rancho was able to handle my requests. Issra knew all the procedures and policies, had me doublecheck all the information and, even though the computers were having a few glitches, she was efficient, pleasant and professional. Getting my auto loan was super easy but oh my gosh it is impossible to call and get through to member services. When you call it gives you a limited option of departments to transfer to and none of them are member services. My first payment was supposed to be withdrawn yesterday and as of today the payment has not been withdrawn from my other bank account at Nevada State Bank, thus why I'm calling 10 times today to ask CCCU why the payment hasn't gone through. It shouldn't be this difficult to find out why they haven't withdrawn my car payment. read more

Not good for businesses. Even with articles of corporation and all federal sand state paperwork they wanted me to open a personal account as well. That is not standard banking procedures. Would recommend a more experienced bank. This is ok I'm sure for locals to deposit their weekly pay checks but for businesses not a professional option. read more

I've been with them for 15+ years and never had any problems until now. With their new upgraded computer system, I can not get into my account on a regular basis. Today, I found out their collections department department cashed my CD of $20,000 bec. I was 2 payments behind ($900) and decided to pay off a loan I had with them WITHOUT my permission!! No one has called me back (although I've left messages with the manager and collections supervisor) except the clerk Skyler in collections who decided to do this on her own without my authority and agreement. Tomorrow, I will be pulling out the rest of my CD money bec. who knows where else they will decide to put my money. read more

Very frustrated! I phoned about an auto refinance on a vehicle I had just purchased. The young lady was friendly, polite and explained about a quick refinance option. The next week I contacted her and sent the information via email. The following week she called and left me a voice message stating she needed to speak with me about the auto refinance. I heard the message when I got off work and I called and left her a voicemail informing her that due to my work hours I go to work before she enters the office and I get off after she leaves the office. I asked if she could either leave me a voicemail or email me the information she needed and we could communicate this way until my day off. That was last week. I have yet to hear from her after leaving her voicemails and sending a few emails. I sent my last email attempt to reach her this morning Informing her that if I do not hear from her I will assume she was unable to assist me. I will come back to update this review dependent upon the outcome of this last attempt to make contact with her. If this is the highest caliber of their customer service, I am not even sure I want to do business with them anymore. We shall see... read more

For the second time my account has been hacked!!! Charges were placed at Cane's for almost $90. Luckily I did get a call enquiring about the charges otherwise I would have never known. Then it can take up to 10 days to get your money refunded. I use my account primarily to pay for my car that is being financed by CCCU. For now I've decided not to get another debit card and if this happens again I'm just going to shut down my savings and checking accounts. I'm giving 2 stars only because of the fraudulent call warning...otherwise it would be less than 1. read more

this bank is bad on over draft accounts. If the funds are there wether in savings or checking why do I have to pay for overdraft fees.. They should transferred the funds automatically!!!! Highly upset and now having to wait for manager approval.. poor customer service!!! read more

Someone hacked my account and wrote a fraudulent check. I notified CCCU immediately and advised them that wasn't my check. My account was closed and a new one opened with all funds reimbursed. When I walked in everything was set up and paper work laid out for signature. The entire process took 10 minutes. Thank you for your speedy work and making my mishap as painless as possible. conversion in september 2019 proved that their management is not capable of change. waiting in line for over an hour for the smallest transaction led to many members leaving. It's idiocy to push out a massive change without training tellers being capable of simple issues. read more

On 3/25/2016, I received a call from the fraud center to advise me that my debit card was compromised and that they had flagged it. Well i moved here from Alaska i walk in to start up new account, had my hat on my head for 15 minutes while im on there computer starting the new account with no help, they dont even as so much say hi or ask me to take hat off til i ask for help!
