They had so many unique items to choose from, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It's a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their customers. The merch they sell is fun and can all be personalized. The shop is small, I mean narrow, so if more than 2 people are there it seems crowded to almost claustrophobic. They do personalize almost everything they sell, so that is pretty nice (t--shirts, hats, sweats) and have a variety of sizes and colors. The prices are a tad steep on some items, almost too cheap on others. My experinces have been positive, but not always successful as I have looked for things there I couldn't find. Yet I know not all local and touristy gift shops can be all things to all people. I like this place, all in all. If you are looking for Sarasota or FL merch go here. It's authentic and not "Wal-Mart" mass generated made in China slop.
