Had an amazing experience with M's Flowers, my sisters party was Saturday 11/15 and my original flower person that was doing the centerpieces canceled on me and the 2nd person was doing a horrible job so I couldn't have what the 2nd person was doing it was so ugly I wanted to cry!!!!I call around and thankfully found this place and Jill said she could help us, I called at 10am she had them ready a little before 12 I went to pick them up and they were BEAUTIFUL she did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help us. Flowers: 4/5 Service: 2/5 Value: decent I went with M's flowers for my wedding at old ranch country club. The flowers were beautiful, but a lot of issues happened right before the ceremony. The team came around 9:24am when we had discussed coming around 9am, which wasn't the "big issue" necessarily as that was still enough time for them to set up. The main issue was the flowers on the stand at the ceremony site. The team finished setting up around 11-1130ish; however at 12pm the flower arrangement that were on the stand were not stabilized properly, so when a slight gust of wind blew (and keep in mind it wasn't even that windy), the stands fell, one plate holding one of the bouquet of flowers completely shattered. Some flowers were even on the floor. Unfortunately there was no florist team member on site to fix the issue, as the team completely left after set up. My bridesmaids had to frantically re-tie the drapes in a way that would stabilize the columns better and I was lucky that the ceremony site has similar plates that we were able to borrow and use to replace the broken one. I have attached a photo showing how my bridesmaids fixed the issue but we do not have a photo of when everything fell because everyone was stressed at that moment since the ceremony was about to start. There was also a cheap looking white paper runner that they used for the ceremony, but according to my bridesmaids the runner got ripped during the set up and was not replaced, so my bridesmaids decided to toss it. The ceremony looked better without the white runner anyway. Regarding my bridal bouquet- I had a beautiful cascading bouquet which I had asked for; however throughout the day the flowers kept falling apart to the point where at the end of the day, everything was wilting, the bouquet had reduced in size by half, and I had to throw it away because it looked much smaller than original, and it was no longer beautiful. That one hurts because I was very much hoping to preserve the bouquet. During reception I had asked them to add greenery to the welcome columns but it looked very lacking compared to what was described. See photo attached. Now regarding communication- I get the sense that they do not check their email because when planning, I sent several photos of my ideas that were not seen until I had to personally call M's flowers and I had to ask them to finally check my email so we can plan ahead. Pros of this place- able to bargain Cons- service and communication is questionable read more

Ordered flowers for a birthday party, the elderly Asian gentleman that delivered my flowers was very disrespectful. I was very disturbed by the comments made by him about the homeless population. Their statements were mean-spirited, insensitive, and deeply disrespectful, showing a shocking lack of empathy for a vulnerable group. Homelessness is a complex issue, and to mock or belittle those affected reflects poor judgment and a lack of basic human decency. Will never ever do business again and will expose until I receive an apology. read more

We were looking for a professional florist for my grandmother's funeral and were referred here by three separate people. I had an amazing conversation about what I was looking and left feeling confident in the quality of their work and the arrangement I ordered. The double heart photo I showed as inspiration was similar to others they had in their catalog, so this was not a far out idea I sprung on them. I had asked for tuberoses to be incorporated, if possible, as those were my grandmother's favorite. There were 2 tuberoses, which were carelessly covered by the ribbon, and one even had purple overspray from coloring the roses. Their catalog and the photo I showed them both had various flowers in the arrangement. Aside from the tuberoses and a wilted lily, the entire arrangement consisted solely of roses with the petals peeled back. This is a typical tactic to cover more space with less flowers and the exact nonsense I was looking to avoid. I was expecting something comparable to what they had in their catalog. All the roses were white and sprayed purple or peach- not what I was expecting. If you are going to cut corners by spraying the flowers, at least make sure they are covered completely to not leave obvious white spots. The hearts were also supposed to be side by side. Had the peach been slightly more yellow this would have made for a great Kobe #8 arrangement. We have since spoken to the owner who has sincerely apologized for this atrocious mess, which he confirmed he did not see before it was delivered to the mortuary. He did offer a replacement arrangement, but unfortunately my grandmother cannot die twice for a second funeral. read more

It's September and we were throwing a Hawaiian themed birthday party for my kid. My wife thought it would be cute if we got my kid a Hawaiian Lei. I called everywhere and got the same answer, "We only carry Lei's around June for graduation season. We need at least a week in advance, sorry!" It was the day before her party . I called M's flowers and they said the same thing, but ended with, "We can do it!" Yay!!! They were so helpful and friendly. Great customer service! One day after posting my original review of 1 star, I received a call from Jill, one of the managers. She was very courteous and apologized for what happened. She didn't make any excuses about my delivery arriving late, she simply apologized and had already refunded me the cost of the flowers. She stated that what had happened to me was "unacceptable" and that she would be upset if it had happened to her. I truly appreciate what Jill did. Calling me, owning up to the mistakes of her staff, and then apologizing because as a manager she represents her business and employees, I respect that. She had also already set up the refund before talking to me, which I appreciate. Before ending the call, she told me to reach out to her directly if I ever want to place another order and that she will handle it personally. Good arrangement. However, we ordered a funeral arrangement for a Buddhist funeral and the card had a Christian cross on it. A little oversight (I'm assuming that is what it was because who in their right mind would do something like that for an important occasion like a funeral, intentionally?. . . well . . . .) can have a pretty unintended consequence. Ordered a corsage from here for my son's prom date. Was a beautiful corsage. Sadly, the band snapped once they got to prom and flowers turned brown and wilted. I gave M's the benefit of the doubt and ordered a lei for my son's graduation and it also snapped within 10 minutes of us placing it on him! They were not kidding when they said guaranteed to be delivered the same day, excellent service and at no extra charge! I was skeptical at first because there was no picture of the special Mother's Day "Florist's Choice Daily Deal" but once the flowers were delivered. I'm a very satisfied customer. I don't know if it's because of placing it later, the flowers I saw online were not available. But they were good enough to call me and check if I am ok with substituting flowers or if I want to wait a day. I did not want to change delivery date so I went with the substitute option. It turned out pretty! But my name was signed incorrectly on the card delivered. It isn't a big deal but just being transparent about my experience. I would still go back to this florist because they have great prices, bright colors, and beautiful arrangements! And the delivery made my friend's day, so mission complete!

The transaction went through, my credit card was charged, and I received a confirmation email. On their website they said the earliest pick up time was 10:30a. I wrote a note saying I will pick up the order at 11:30a. The next day I drove to the florist shop and arrived at the hotel only to find that they had cancelled my order and had notified me via email two hours before my pick up time. The florist said they were booked with a wedding and were unable to fulfill my order. I was unable to find an alternative with such short notice and showed up to my event empty handed. UPDATE: it has been 13 days since I placed my order with this company and have yet to receive my refund. When I tried to call the phone number provided, it's a Google voice number that no one picks up. I sent two emails and there has been zero communication. This company stole $500 from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
