I bought two baby doll strollers for them under 3 weeks ago ($79.99 and $59.99). My daughters are 2.5 and play with them in the house with light baby dolls. They put some plastic toy food in the bottom basket but nothing heavy. One of the strollers broke already, seems ripped. I brought it back to show the owner and he was not nice at all. He asked me how long I expect toys to last and my reply was that for a high quality stroller, more than 3 weeks. He continued to tell me how his grandson flew a toy plane into a wall and after a week and he had to buy a new one for him. He tried offering me a 20$ cheap stroller that is on Amazon for even less. In the future I will buy online where you receive better exchange/ return policy's. Photos so you can tell the stroller is lightly used and brand new. Hope no one else has to have an experience like this one.

I came in…read moreyesterday to purchase toys for an upcoming Yelp Toy Drive Event and feel that I really got a good line up of quality toys, at a very reasonable price in total. We're smack in the middle of holiday season so it wasn't surprising to see a rather long line. To my delight, they had 5 employees each working a register so in true Five Below fashion, the light moved super fast. You really can't the deals here. I'm not surprised to see that their company stock has been rebounding fast. I mean, who doesn't love nifty products at great prices?!

Many of the aisles were blocked off with carts filled to the brim with items waiting to be placed on shelves. Many employees were working on the shelves but, it seemed there were not enough of them. It was difficult if not impossible to push your cart down the aisles without running into another shopper. That said I still was able to find three items I wanted to purchase. However, the line was incredibly long. This is a recurring theme at this particular HG. I decided not to wait and put the items back and left. I'm disappointed. I may have been able to find more things to purchase if there was some better organization. This will not deter me from shopping here again. I love the selection and the possibility of finding a unique piece or a necessity, at a discounted price.

The only thing is that like many other stores from the same company, they're often understaffed with many registers unoccupied, resulting in very long lines that sometimes make you want to leave after spending time looking around and picking out items to buy. I've gotten so much here though, from decor, kitchenware, candles, bed sheets, seasonal items, phone chargers, and even a few tables.
