At 2:15 PM, I discovered it had been sitting outside baking in the sun with no text, email, phone call, or even a doorbell ring. The chocolate was melted and the fruit was warm. For such an expensive purchase involving fresh, edible fruit, this is unacceptable. Even worse, after I texted the store letting them know they should notify customers when an order arrives instead of leaving it baking in the sun, they magically called 10 minutes later to tell me it had been delivered.
