It bears noting that I have my own carpet cleaner and when we purchased this house in June (2 1/2 months ago), I cleaned the living room very thoroughly. There were a couple spots I couldn't get out despite my best efforts but the carpet did look better when I was done. After The Restoring Touch finished with my living room, it looked like brand new carpet. The spots are completely gone and they even did our hallway which I didn't think to ask for. One more note from someone who gets migraines fairly easily from smells, my house smells great. Not overwhelming or as if it's been doused in chemicals or perfume, just....clean. This included a total rebuild of rather intricate interspring, multilayered fabric cover seats. Not a simple task, we had approached others and been advised to abandon the original interspring design... it was too difficult... that was not going to happen. We contacted Dave, he did a complete rebuild of the seats maintaining the integrity of the original design. It was a difficult rebuild, think Dave would have liked to have charged more but kept the cost at his original quote. We're very satisfied, will use Dave in the future and highly recommend him to others.
