First time here the salon is beautiful and clean. The ladies are ultra friendly! I needed a haircut really bad and so I found Jenna. She's very kind very friendly and now has a new client. It's a huge relief being new to the area to have found someone I can trust and return to walk out feeling heard. We all know that feeling. I just had my hair cut with Tori. I recently moved to the area and am a hairstylist myself, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to my hair! After reading all of the great reviews for this salon, I decided to book an appointment and I wasn't disappointed. The salon is clean, the girls are all friendly, and Tori gave me an AMAZING long layered haircut with curtain bangs. She was very thorough with her cut, first cutting wet, and then going section by section again, fine tuning until it was perfect. My stylist, Kerri, listened to my concerns and gave me a fabulous haircut.. I made an other appointment to go back for highlights. While staying near by, I made an appointment with Sharon. Due to a cancellation, they got me in the same day. A week prior I had a full highlight and lowlights done somewhere else. I wasn't use to the combination and wanted a little more ooomph and blondness. Sharon listened, was attentive and knew exactly what I wanted but also suggested what I needed without overselling or over redoing my hair. She was grrrrrreat! After 7 years of living in NYC, I will now drive to Middletown to get my hair done by Sharon. She is professional, polished, and skilled. Thank you Sharon. Hands down best haircut I have ever had! This place is pricey I am not gonna lie, but extremely professional and has a great vibe...right down to the gently sleeping dog. This was my second visit and both times greeted pleasantly, sercice provided promptly, attentive staff with attention to detail. These ladies operate this business like a well oiled machine. Arlene did my makeup for my wedding (loved it!) and I've had my hair done here for years now, both by Arlene and Tori. They do an amazing job!
