I've never had an issue getting an appointment and I have been accommodated on short notice (thank you). My experiences with hair cut and color have been wonderful but it absolutely irks me to no end to be charged for a blowout. Many of us go to a salon for a salon experience. That includes an amazing wash with scalp massage and a blowout. Prices are high. Tipping is expected on top of that. And you're getting charged extra to finish the service - which is the blowout. You have no idea how your color and cut look until it's blown out! The website it very generic and desperately needs updating. There is no list of services and there are no prices. Book an appointment is an email form, it's NOT an appointment booking app which ARE available and widely used. There's not even a list of stylists and their specialties.

I've been going to her for years for cut and color, and at this point I've come to know her almost as a friend. She's so easy to talk to, and I always enjoy catching up with her -- we even bonded over the same trash TV shows. She just makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. When my schedule didn't line up with hers, I started seeing Alyssa, who is also amazing. She's very energetic, outgoing, and fun to spend time with, and she's extremely good at what she does. She really takes her time with you, and I love that she does the wash herself and she gives a great head/neck massage, which makes the whole experience even better. Most recently, I saw Brielle when I couldn't get in, and she was wonderful as well. She is so sweet and gentle. I actually found myself nodding off while she was washing and blow-drying my hair after a long day, which says a lot about how relaxing the experience was. I typically get a cut and single-process color, and I've also had highlights done there in the past. They keep all of your color information on record, which is really helpful because you can confidently see any stylist and still get consistent results. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any stylist here. Everyone is skilled, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The salon itself has a very homey, comfortable feel, and the prices are reasonable, which makes it even better. I always leave happy and highly recommend this salon.

A good amount of food spots nearby in case you need a bite to eat afterwards. When you walk in you immediately feel comfortable that the salon is clean, open, has a good vibe to it, and doesn't have any of that stuffy air that salons can have. They also have two TVs going and good music to keep you entertained in case you need it. The prices are moderate and average now a days to getting your hair done. The service is quality and the end result is worth it especially when it comes to hair. There's different levels of stylists so their prices range depending on that. I love that they are very transparent with their pricing and will be upfront about that! Now, Paulina and Cassidy are awesome and I can't say enough great things about them. The quality, service, and talent these ladies have is amazing. Check out their Instagrams for their work because wow. Overall: A++ for location, service, cleanliness, and talent.
