My 16 month old has been going there since he was 9 months and the minute we took the tour all of our anxieties about leaving our little heart melted away. The curriculum is great, the families are friendly and involved, the staff is wonderful. Our son doesn't have any problems with drop off in the morning since he loves it so much! Caitlin, the director is a bundle of joy and energy and always makes me feel happy and comfortable to bring up any concerns or questions. The teachers are so attentive, kind and professional. And the facility is so nice! There is a huge outdoor play area that they utilize daily (weather permitting). I wouldn't want my son anywhere else.

It's also worth noting that Caitlin, the administrator, and the rest of the staff are extremely communicative and have been very easy to work with. Miss Maria in the infant room is a wonderful caregiver, as are all the other teachers who take care of our son! Since transitioning into the toddler classroom, my son's vocabulary and attention span have improved dramatically. He learns new words every day and is excited to go to school! There is a misconception that this daycare center is for Henry Ford hospital staff only, but I can confirm it is open to the general public. I highly recommend for anyone in the midtown and downtown Detroit areas. The campus includes beautiful indoor and outdoor classrooms that are thoughtfully set up with activity offerings for children. I observed the intentionally of the teachers to create a curriculum that matches the unique interests and skill levels of the children in their care. The growth of the children is then lovingly documented in learning stories and evidence that is displayed throughout the campus. We moved our daughter to another daycare because it was closer to our new house the. We made the choice to take her Back to Montessori at Labelle where the teachers are keen on helping the kids have fun, improve their skills and be happy. Our daughter is demanding : she is active and sometimes stubborn and not easy to transition from one activity into another. Her teachers are professional and patient: they communicate very well with her and she listens to them. She loves most of her teachers (Mr. Charles, Miss Tessa, Mrs John, Miss Lindsay, etc) and we can see how they go out of their way to soothe kids and help them stay in tune with the rest of the group. The program offered provides a good structure for the kids: the reading circle, the STEM activities, the music class, the yoga class and the French class are some of the morning activities that our daughter enjoyed. Sometimes when we pick up our daughter in the afternoon during the playtime in the playground, we see that teachers supervise and guide the kids in a professional way. Antoinette, the director, chooses and trains the teachers in a way that keeps the ambiance very smooth and nice: we feel that as we see new teachers in our daughter s classroom and there is no change in the communication and the structure. We can only say good things about this daycare and we recommend it to all our friends who are relocating to Windsor. I had mentioned Ed to the director numerous times of my concerns regarding a new hire, the children's diapers were not being g changed in the timely manner, and when I witnessed one little boys diaper was so bad, the feces was literally glued to his bottom and he was crying. When I brought this to the manager, all what was said to me by her was are you complaining again and a week later my hours were cut and I left. i won't bash the company, however they say on the building 24 hours and even if they weren't 24…read morehours it's a "daycare" that doesn't have room for children with parents or a parent that works the hours 2-10pm or 1-9pm? i had to go up there multiple times just to even speak to someone and then never heard back i just happen to call them again today 04/15/2026 to see if someone would finally answer and the owner bianca did finally answer however that is when i was informed that she wasn't accepting anymore kids and i quote she said even if she did can't or doesn't have anyone or the means to watch my kids for the hours i would be working which is 1-9 or 2-10pm even though the daycare 24 hours at least that is what is on the building and they say they are a daycare. again this isn't to bash or bad mouth anyone or their company but i do feel like when you open or claim to provide a service it should be exactly what you provide how are you claiming to be a 24 hour daycare center and the latest or last pick up is 8:00 no later than 8:30 daycare is very expensive and already most parents dont trust nor want to use daycare but in todays time people need daycare and these business to mean what they say my kids need to be provided for and unfortunately im all they have so i rely on daycare in order to work and provide for my kids and pay bills so it really hurt to know that this is what i have to deal just to try and go and work and provide for myself and kids but congrats to those who dont need daycare and already have daycare everyone isnt so lucky!
