Majida, Wafaa, Erika, Samia and Nancy are just a few of the wonderful people that have been there to teach him, and help him grow. Before I put my son in daycare, I researched a few in the area. What sold me was the fresh food they serve children everyday, the healthy snacks, the clean facility and the friendly environment. This daycare has went above and beyond my expectations. However, shortly before a scheduled booking, I was informed that she would no longer be coming to us and would instead be working with another family who had specifically requested her. There was no issue with her availability overall -- she was still working, just not with our family -- which made the situation more frustrating given our prior arrangement. Because of this, I was not comfortable having someone new with my children and chose not to proceed with care. What concerned me most was being told I would still be charged due to a weekly package policy, even though I did not receive care and the agreed-upon sitter was no longer available. This policy was not clearly communicated upfront in a way that reflected this type of situation. To their credit, they ultimately agreed not to charge me, which I appreciate. However, the overall experience felt inflexible and not aligned with the level of trust required when it comes to childcare. I would recommend confirming sitter assignments and cancellation terms very clearly before booking. I think the owner of this company is very young, inexperienced, money hungry and has very skewed knowledge on childcare. Oddly enough the reason for my review is two weeks after all this the sitter texted me about her policy that I cannot refer her to others which is WEIRD!!! These people need to leave me alone.

There are two houses, (converted to day care facilities), one for the babies & infants and the other for the toddlers. The women are extremely caring. I feel the kids are pushed at an early age to adjust to group activities and learning. And at the toddler house, they have art or learning projects everyday. There is always something in their mailbox to bring home. Also, there is about a half an acre back fenced in yard with plenty of STUFF to play with, climb, etc. They have a summer program for the older kids too. From circle time, music, crafts, exercise and more, Tutor Time provides programs that work well for him. They are attentive, caring and kind from the teachers to the office staff (Amy is a rockstar - also a precious teacher to my oldest) to the owners Alexis and Paul. My oldest and I moved to South Carolina for what we thought was forever, but ended up being just a few months, and returned to my daughter RUNNING into her teacher's arms and me getting a big hug from the owner Paul. We knew we were home at that moment. The educational program they follow meant both of my kids entered public schools WELL AHEAD of their classmates. And the teacher turnover is minimal as even after more than 7 years both of my kids had many of the same teachers (AND they remembered my oldest daughter and still recalled specific stories!) My youngest was born just before the pandemic began and entered JTots at about 2 years old. The change in her was DRASTIC after just a few weeks. She went from crying anytime she saw a stranger to open arm hugging everyone. We are going to go back for a visit this week to say hello to her teachers while we're on winter break because she misses them like crazy (especially Jinan!) She always kept me informed about what was going on by calling me directly. She also allowed me to do pop-up visits, which showed transparency and trust. What I truly loved and respected about this daycare is that they made sure my son knew he was loved and supported, but they also held him accountable and made sure he followed the same rules as the other children.
