My husband and I called Creative Home Buying Solutions early today to get some information on some properties they have listed for rent on their website. We're relocating to the Van Wert area from Columbus and decided to rent for 6-12 months while we get ourselves settled. The thought of trying to buy a new home, move two hours away, find a new daycare, and settle into a community at the same time is pretty stressful as it is. That being said, their website is not updated so we wasted our time attempting to get information on properties that weren't even available. Had we known that, we wouldn't have had to spend 10 minutes talking to the horrendous woman that answered our call. She was rude and extremely unpleasant. She made no attempt whatsoever to be courteous. I've worked in customer service for a Fortune 100 company for over 5 years - that's NOT how you should conduct business if you're looking for responsible and reliable tenants and/or potential home buyers.
