The home I bought had something like five different kinds of floor throughout the house, the same room would have multiple types of floors, I just didn't like it. Moreover, there was carpet everywhere. I hate carpet, especially in bathrooms. I spoke with my realtor and he recommended I reach out to T&D interiors. I drove into T&D interiors, my first trip to Lima, OH. I spoke with Joel, and we went over our options. I originally was going to get tile... I love tile floors. There was a problem, though, tile is cold. Ohio is frigid. Yeah that wouldn't have worked because heated tile is a bit too expensive for my budget. I don't like hardwood floors because it's easily damaged/scratched and needs a lot of maintenance. I was looking at just simple vinyl floor when he recommends luxury vinyl plank. It's scratch resistant and water proof. Sold! He showed me different colors and styles and I picked one that was grayish brown in color. Had him do my entire house. It wasn't cheap, but the end it looks amazing! I love my new floors. They originally gave me an estimate of 10 days to perform the labor, they did it in 7. Awesome! The lack of response from Cowan is very frustrating. Even if an offer hasn't been accepted, people still deserve a response so that they can move on. Maybe I could understand if it was a ridiculously low offer. When an offer is at asking price or above with no major contingency it's just good practice to respond. What is the point of putting a deadline on a contract offer if no one feels the need to abide by the timeframe? Deciding to buy a home is such a big step for an individual. When an agency doesn't have the courtesy to call you and let you know any information it's incredibly disheartening. Had this been a one time experience maybe I could accept it easier but definitely not the case here.

They have sent at least 4 different companies. Over the winter our furnace needed replaced. Mirons came and did a total replacement. They did amazing work. 3 months later yet again the system that handles the sewer completely stopped. After a lengthy argument with the insurance we were able to get Mirons to come. They explained how our very complex system works and how to maintain it. None of the previous workers had any idea how to service the system let alone how to explain the problem.
