Just when I want to write a good review about a daycare something always happens when I pickup my child. My son has been attending this daycare since he was 3yrs old and now he is 5. Today I picked up my child and was informed he had been kicked in the head by another child on the playground and a few hours later he was BIT on the arm by another child that still wears pull-ups and looked like he should have been in a toddler classroom. if I post every detailed incident that my child has been through I don't think many parents would feel safe bringing their child here. I'm in a very tight situation because my child missed the cutoff to attend kindergarten and now he will have no choice but to continue moving from daycare to daycare until the new year starts for elementary school. My daughter has been attending Creative Kids since she was just 1.5 years old & it has truly become a second home for her. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to witness the school's growth, as well as the development of its staff and leadership. While, naturally, there have been a few changes over time, the overall team remains impressively consistent, there is very little turnover, which is a testament to the positive culture and standards the school upholds. The previous director was good, but the current director, Mrs. Brittany, brings a refreshing level of warmth and approachability that creates a welcoming and nurturing environment. I also want to acknowledge the assistant director, Mrs. Doris, her leadership, attentiveness, and communication with parents are truly exceptional and an asset to the school. One of the things I respect most is that when a staff member doesn't align with the school's values or becomes problematic, the leadership seems to address it appropriately. That level of accountability provides me with peace of mind, knowing my child is in caring and capable hands. In terms of academics and care, I've been very happy with what Creative Kids offers. The education is developmentally appropriate, for both social and cognitive growth. I also deeply appreciate the school's diverse environment. It is balanced, inclusive, and reflects a real-world setting where children can thrive in mutual respect. While I don't wish to center the conversation around race, I do believe that early exposure to diversity is essential, and Creative Kids naturally cultivates that kind of environment. My only minor grievances would be the occasional issues with the water bottle situation (they should be readily available at all times) and sometimes the snack or food choices (in terms of nutritional value). However, these concerns are small in comparison to the overall quality and care the school provides. What has been especially meaningful is the sense of community I've found here. Over the years, I've connected with a wonderful group of parents (mothers and fathers) whose children have grown up alongside mine since their toddler years. We've created our own village, often coming together to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and other milestones outside of school. The friendships our children have formed feel more like extended family bonds, and that has made our experience at Creative Kids even more special. As my daughter prepares to enter kindergarten, I look back on our time here with immense gratitude. I wouldn't hesitate to send her back during the summer if it made sense for our schedule. That alone speaks to the trust, appreciation, and affection I have for this school and its dedicated staff. My child has been attending Creative Kids since he was 3. It was hard putting my baby in daycare/school, but I am so glad that we did. He has grown so much since attending creative kids. He has learned how to communicate well with others, learned classroom etiquette, and has made many friends. He does have hard days, but the staff is able to comfort and take care of him. He is now in preschool and I have no doubt Miss Donna will get him ready for kinder! My older child was 4 when he started and he is now in Kindergarten. He was with Miss Donna for preschool last year and I am so grateful for her! He now attends Pinecrest and he's not behind because Miss Donna made sure he was ready! The front office is AMAZING!!! We put our child in daycare fairly early and were of course worried. Our experience since the beginning has been amazing and we appreciate the continued support we have from the staff and business. Our child is in the infant room and we adore the teachers in there but specifically Ms. Aamiyah and Ms. April we can't thank enough. I had to put my baby in daycare due to unforeseen circumstances and it was hard to have to do that but the team at creative kids has made easy for both my son and I to adjust to. This daycare allows staff members to physically put hands on your kids with no disciplinary action. My daughter was pushed intentionally twice by her teacher and I witnessed it through the camera the parents have access to. I immediately reported it to the director and customer service. All I got was a phone call from the district manager saying that HR doesn't think this was rough on the teachers part after they reviewed the tape. Therefore nothing will be happening to this teacher. I will not be mentioning any names on here due to legal reasons but I am taking action. I hope all of you who bring your kids here or are thinking of bringing your kids here see this review and please watch out for your children being abused. read more

This school has cameras that you can watch your kiddo via an app. The property is updated. Things came off like I found something amazing for my baby. Then I started seeing things going on with other children. When my partner was dropping off our baby, another parent said they had seen it too. I decided to share this with the director along with other concerns. She said they were going to start an investigation. I had concerns from my child and other children's safety. I asked if the stuff under investigation would be suspended for the process of investigation she advised me the staff would not be suspended. I decided to withdraw my daughter immediately. Cindy Brown's disregard for safety of children is disgusting. Summer Xu's Way of handling children is aggressive and borderline abusive. I don't know these kids I don't know the parents I wish I did because I would've let them know what I seen. This daycare is horrible please reconsider before you enroll your children here When I seen the reviews some were positive others negative but I wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt so I tour the place and all seem well at first I enrolled my 2 year old his first time ever at a day care and what caught my attention was that they had cameras unfortunately they didn't give me access to them his first day on the 2nd day I watched as my toddler was pulled around by his jacket and pushed around by his teacher Ms Sally not only did she physically push my son and was pulling him around she didn't even feed him !! He dropped his food by accident and was never given another plate on top of this she was aggressive and rude to my son not once did she ever attend to him or showed any care at all I watched as my son was tapping her crying and instead of Ms Sally comforting him she started throwing her hands at him and then turned around and cover her ears not to hear him I immediately went to the daycare picked up my son and withdrew him that same day the daycare director didn't even care about my concerns not only was Ms sally like this with my son but with other children she didn't even realize that a lil girl got a hold of a trash bag and was playing with it any adult automatically knows that is a red flag the lil girl could have suffocated her self or another class mate Please parents do no trust these people with your children !!!! read more

**ONE STAR IS FOR MS. CINDY ONLY. ALL THE OTHER STAFF/TEACHERS ARE AMAZING. I WOULD BRING MY CHILD BACK IF MS. CINDY IS REPLACED** My 2 year old started in July of 2018. We toured several facilities and he wasn't really comfortable anywhere. I went to creative kids as a last resort. I've heard negative stories but I figured I would check it out. My son is super shy and very loving. He also likes to stick to a routine. We toured and my son was so comfortable. He wanted to play right away and didn't fuss when I put him down. We signed him up ASAP. Ms. Kaliyah Smalls was the director and she was awesome. We did a discovery day and we were hooked. The staff and teachers were really welcoming and kind. I watched my son become more social and out going. I loved see all the activities they did with my child. We were enrolled for 4 half days but he some times attended an extra day. We had no issues with payment when we were paying online. I noticed a few changes in office staff was made. A new director came in named Ms. Cindy and I had no idea when the change took effect. She didn't really communicate with me. She would ask for us to make a payment at the facility instead of online but we would always be charged incorrectly. We would start the next week and see that we owed anywhere from $10 - $40. This was really upsetting since we always paid a week before and with being undercharged it looked like we were inconsistent with payment. I ended up filing a complaint when an additional communication issue arose where she would tell my husband that I didn't pay the correct amount and the next day she would tell me my husband didn't pay the correct amount. Always blaming one parent for the under charge. I think she assumed we were separated since I asked for any information discussed to be delivered to both parents. That same day, my child was bit on the face. My son's teacher was the only one that talked with me. The poor girl was so sweet and caring to my son while answering all my questions. The director, Ms. Cindy, did not speak to me. I was at the facility for 15 mins reassuring my child that he's safe and talking with his teacher before I left. I got a call from the area director about my original concern. She clarified a few of the many issues we had with the weekly fee charges. As for the communication issues as well as the incident that happened to my son, all she could do was apologize. I made it clear even though it's unfortunate and sad that my child got hurt, I was more upset how unprofessional the situation was handled by Ms. Cindy. I informed the area director that I would stop by the facility to unenroll my child today. She informed me that she would talk with Ms. Cindy before I arrived. When I showed up, Ms. Cindy was gone for the day. Mind you it was about 2:when I showed up. She definitely received a call that I filled a complaint because another staff/teacher informed me that they heard about the complaint. Everyone I talked with apologized and understood why I was pulling him. Honestly if my son accident was handled better, I would have let him continue to attend. My daughter has been attending creative kids for close to a year. As she has moved up to the next age appropriate room we have noticed the quality of care has changed and there have been issues with other aggressive children. Recently there have been 2-3 problematic children that seem to just be allowed to run free and attack other children. A few weeks ago, my daughter was unfortunately bitten by one of those aggressive kids. Instead of keeping a closer eye on the problematic children and attempting to assist in correcting those issues, the child that bit my daughter was allowed to keep "playing" without being taught to apologize or to not do that to other children. In terms of child care and child development I see no lesson taught here. The same day of the incident, neither myself nor my husband was contacted of the incident and was given the excuse of "our phones didn't work". My husband has had the same phone number for over a decade and no voicemail was left as he is the primary point of contact. My husband and I were very unhappy with how this situation was handled. The administrator was very unprofessional on how this was handled and gave us nothing but lame excuses and no apologies. We requested immediately that our daughter to be withdrawn from attending here because of the injury and their corporate office has delayed on refunding us our money. Even with that they want to charge a weeks worth of tuition where my daughter has not attended due to her injury. The tuition was charged the same Monday as the incident and withdrawal. My husband has spoken to the corporate office after having to call them many times to get a response back and they have a very "I don't care" attitude towards us and our situation. Even now they only want to refund one week of tuition versus the two weeks we paid for. This company has been completely unprofessional in terms of how they have handled the entire situation. Their regional representative keeps going back and stating that this isn't their fault for any of it, and when asked about negligence and keeping a safe environment for the kids they say we do I said how does this happen? They have no answers and appear to be reading from a scripted response. They are refusing to refund the tuition charges because of their 1 week withdrawal policy. If this incident had not happened, we wouldn't be in this situation with them and how Mandy and her staff and the corporate office have unprofessionally handled the situation shows the kind of "care" they have for their kids. I love this daycare! My son has a lot of fun. My son looks forward to spending his time here. I appreciate that he doesn't stay cooped up in a small room all day. They move the kids around, even let them spend a lot of time in the indoor playground as well as outside a few times a day (not just once like another center he previously attended). I've been bring my 2 year old son here for about 5 months now and I am very happy with this location. I am especially grateful to the director Mandy and (I'm sorry I cannot remember her name) her assistant for always being so sweet and accommodating with our difficult schedules. They NEVER make us feel bad for the million change forms I fill out for my son as we're getting his daycare schedule in line with our varying work/home schedules. They are always asking for him when I come in by name and they always greet him and I by name very warmly when they see us. Ms. Linda is also a gem as I am happy to have someone speaking Spanish to him at daycare as well and she's always so sweet. The thing I noticed right off the bat when Mason first started is how the children gravitated toward the staff (especially the director and assistant). They WANTED to be with them... That to me speaks more words than if the children could write YELP reviews themselves. The facility is always clean and I appreciate the security door they have up front. It's been 6 months since I moved my, now, 3 year old to Creative Kids. I was having all sorts of bad feelings about the school where I had her before and I was worried she'd have a hard time with the transition but, ultimately, I chose to move her because I had an excellent talk with the director Kaleyah Smalls. I instantly felt like she was honest and had real compassion for parents just trying to do the right thing for their kids. She answered all of my questions and because she was a teacher before becoming a director, I knew she would be a different kind of leader than the previous place where there was a terrible divide between the teachers and the front office. It was toxic and made me feel like I didn't know whose story to believe about how my kid got hurt, etc. My little girl has been at Creative Kids 6 months now and I can't believe I can say, she didn't cry at all in the first weeks nor now. The place is spotless. It has an incredible indoor play area called Town Center. The rooms are a great size and the classes aren't so cramped your kid gets lost in the shuffle! They send me pics and videos of her day. She's happy. I get pics of her in her teacher, Ms. Britney's lap working on projects. Ms. Riley gives me a whole funny report at the end of the day. Everyone there knows my little girl's name, not just her teachers. Ms Brandi and Ms Destin watch her for a bit in the morning. And, the best tests are that I watch her from windows when she doesn't know it and she's happy. When I drop her off, she runs in to her class. No crying. The teachers are happy. They are having fun and greet everyone, especially Ms. Joyce. The front office folks are kind and warm and funny and genuinely try to get to know the parents. They have family events like a luau and chili cook off and movie night. They even had a parent's night out where they offered to watch the kids so you could have a night to yourself. When I think of how different the atmosphere is from the previous school, I just know it's in large part due to leadership. That environment is cultivated from the top down. Kaleyah leads by example rather than sitting in her office. She's straightforward and sincerely cares about the kids and parents and her team. It feels good to walk into the school. Trish, Veronica, and Brianna in the front office are all amazing. Take it from me, a mom who had near-constant anxiety about whether my kid was in the right school, when you find a place that feels good, you can focus on enjoying her pics and videos and seeing her face when you pick her back up, again! My daughter has been with Creative Kids since she was two years old, she is now in their Pre-K program and will soon be heading off to Kindergarten this fall. Creative Kids has been very beneficial for both my daughter and I. My daughter has learned so much in the years she's been with them - from social skills, to writing her name, to building friendships with her peers and bonding with her teachers, and developing her independence. The staff at this school are like family, and seem to carry that same type of bond with their students as well as the parents. They also have monthly events that allow families to spend time with their kids at the school doing fun activities or events like movie nights. I honestly don't know how parents send their kids here. This was the only location close to me that would take him immediately so I enrolled him there. These people have absolutely no compassion whatsoever towards the kids. I don't watch the cameras all day everyday but I do watch it on my breaks and lunch. My son was here for six weeks before I took him out of there. There's a teacher in training in the twos classroom with color at the top of her hair who has no patience for kids. I've seen her plenty of times mistreat kids, luckily not mines. She should never even be allowed around kids, I believe her name is summer. They constantly constantly rotate teachers in and out all day everyday. Never a constant face. Their short staffed badly and so unorganized. Not even a week in and my son comes home telling me his teacher said he cries too much and he needs to relax? Mind you it's his first time ever in daycare. However you don't tell someone's child that, your job is to make him feel comfortable, and help him adjust. They allow the sickest kids to be at school, getting everyone else's child sick. Ugh. It took two weeks for me to receive my log in for the watch me grow after several people giving me misinformation. They have shit on the menu that don't nobody child eat at 2 or 3, so my son would never eat. When you call the school, they never answer or pick up and hang up. Everyday I picked my son up his face was so messy so messy, dried snot all over his face from him cleaning his own face which is absurd for a two year old. I expect my son to be picked up the same way I dropped him off nice and clean. His pants was always twisted and so was his underwear always up his butt. Six weeks in and I still wasn't at ease with that school or his teachers, so I had to make a move. I enrolled my baby at the location on pebble and Decatur I believe which is the one I wanted him to go to originally but they wouldn't take him right away, and he loves it and my mind is definitely at ease. We visited few other daycares before we enrolled our child... We took our son with us so he could also make a decision. We all were so happy when we decided to go for CREATIVE KIDS- Wigwam. The installations were so clean, our son loved the indoor playground which in my opinion is a plus loving in Vegas because of the weather plus when it rains the Kids have the opportunity to play. Not only that but Cindy was GREAT :-) she was very professional, friendly and provided with great information as she was running to get kids to return to parents, always with a smile and positive attitude.. later during our process we got to meet Jeffrey, He also have been amazing and great with us and other kids and Parents as I have seen his interactions. Cindy is ridiculous. She is not being patient at all . My son just only been there for three days. Today my husband dropped him off and he cried and threw up from crying so much. She acted to my husband that they don't want my son in there. She thinks too our son is not normal. Crazy huh. And we just went from his pedia too for wellness check up we talked all about what his behavior are especially the throwing up from crying and the pedia told us it's normal. My daughter only attended for one week and I couldn't get her out of there fast enough. She only did half days and every single day when I picked her up, the teacher was yelling at the kids and speaking disrespectfully to them. I had a terrible feeling in my stomach each day picking her up and hearing my daughter tell me "Ms. Cathy is not nice, she yells!" just broke my heart. My daughter was in the older 3's room. I didn't have much interaction with any of the other staff so I have no idea how they are with the kids but Ms. Cathy doesn't seem to be a "kid person" at all. My son has been going to Creative Kids since mid January of this year. From the get-go, the staff here was awesome! I called to get information, went in for a tour later that same day, then lost contact with them for a while because I was still trying to figure out our scheduling. Literally the day before I needed to bring him in for his first day, I called and asked if I could still get him registered. I went in with my husband and our 3 kids right before closing to complete all of the paperwork, and although it took me crazy long to fill out everything, they were super nice and didn't rush me at all. The next day, my son came in for his first day and since then everything's been going well. He even had a little incident where another child scratched him up pretty bad on the face, but the staff notified me as soon as I came in to pick him up. My son currently only attends 2 days a week for 4 hours per day, but in the short amount of time he's there, we are always welcomed and I feel safe leaving him there. There are cameras in each of the classrooms, on the playgrounds, and the entry door requires a code. He is also only 2 and a half and not potty trained yet. They are very good with keeping up with the diaper changes as I always see them changing diapers whenever I come in. Tuition rates are also very decently priced, the facility itself is cool, and I like the location as well. FYI-If you work for any major companies, ask if they offer a discount! I work for MGM and was able to get reg fee waived as well as a 10% disc! Must show proof! read more

I'm very disappointed with this school. My daughter started getting very aggressive, after 7 months of enrollment, when they changed her classroom and "teacher" (glorified babysitter) Sonja. They really didn't try to help the situation just reflecting on us. Sonja always looked overwhelmed and defeated. The room had at least 20 kids and she rarely had help. When we decided it was best for all if we switched daycares, the manager Mandy, who I always liked (until now) recommended their sister school La petite academy. After enrolling my daughter there, the director called Mandy to get everything transferred over. Mandy decided it was best to tell her that my daughter had problems. So La petite decided it best if we go somewhere else. I was in shock. How dare they interfere after recommending this place. I couldn't believe it. No one believes in 2nd chances. My kids love the school. The teachers are all very friendly and know each child's name. They invite parents for all Holiday parties even if it is not their child's normal attendance day. They have a security door which I really appreciate and it sets my mind at ease. They are very accommodating with my schedule. My daughter is starting her second year with Creative Kids. She is happy and she has never had a bad thing to say about the facility or her teacher. Last year she had Ms. Talia and Mrs. Sonja and they were incredible with her. Always there to teach her rights and wrongs, lessons, and do some fun art stuff with her. My child loves attending creative kids. I can't get her to leave when I arrive to pick her up. She has learned so much everyday she comes home with new projects and new things she has learned. The teachers are all excellent they are so attentive to the children and really care and work with all the children's hands on. We moved to this location because my then two year old son was having an behavior issue at a different location and I was at my wit's end with trying to help resolve it. When I came and spoke to Mandy about the issue my son was having she was very understanding and assured me that her teachers were excellent at redirecting and resolving these actions. Within two weeks Ms. Mallory had my son turned around! She took the extra time to help him work through his frustrations and now she said he is one of the most helpful kids in the class. It's hard enough to leave your children and go to work, but to do it and be constantly worried you are going to receive a call about your child is torture! I don't worry anymore because I know they are in great hands here! Ms. Mandy, Ms. Kasey, and Ms. Tricia really care about the kids here! They engage with them whenever we are in the office and know them all by name and by their personalities. If they fell down or were sick they always ask how they are doing. They go the extra mile to create special events for the whole family for holidays and also to reinforce the curriculum. My older son is very shy and Ms. Marie and Ms. Susan are both great with him! Took my kid here for 1 week. They were unorganized and scattered. The teachers were not consistent . My son was withdrawn, quiet and dirty when we would pick him up. They were nice, and he was safe, but thats all I can say. Sometimes accreditation and a lower ratio arent the most important things! read more

I love this daycare! My son has gone here for about 2 years and they are fantastic. Every teacher knows his name and makes a point to always say hello. Anytime he hurts himself (a bump or bruise) the office gives me a call to let me know. I love that they are so considerate and affordable. He does come home with paint on him but that's OK! Both of my daughters, two and four attend this location. My oldest daughter has been a student in Ms. Joyce class who I love and adore. She is loving but keeps a firm hand on keeping her classroom running smoothly and the kids love her for that. Ms. Jennifer is the main teacher for my youngest daughter, and she is kind, and gentle with the litle ones and they are very receptive to her. There are other enrichment classes you can enroll your children up for if finances allows, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I feel Creative Kids was a good choice for my children's developement and it is nice to be able to go to work feeling safe peace of mind that my chidren are well cared for. read more

My son has been attending this learning center for 2 years now, and i am very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the way they treat my son like family. They have a learning curriculum that is age-appropriate and parents can get involved with reinforcing the weekly lessons. I would definitely recommend this learning center to other parents. read more
