Vanessa has been grooming my Goldendoodle for about 4 years now and I have to say she is our saving grace when it comes to taking care of our girl! Lady has now gone through two CCL tears in her knee and Vanessa made sure she could get her in for a cut so she wouldn't be uncomfortable during her 8-12 week recovery (she won't be able to get groomed during that time.) Brittany did an excellent job on my cocker spaniel, poodle mixed breed senior dog. It was actually one of the best cuts I have ever gotten and that's saying a lot because I have probably had her groomed about 25 times over the course of the 11 years that I've had my little dog. Though my furry companion was apprehensive at first, she got along very well with Brittany who said she was very cooperative. Why is she not cooperative when I try to cut her?! They are a little bit pricey but as a housebound senior, it was definitely worth it for me! read more

So I booked for my 2 cats for full service which would have been $100 each. Our cats were not even gone for 10 minutes and she told us she couldn't cut their hair. The lady mentioned that the cats must have had a horrible experience in the past because they were freaking out. So she was only able to shave one of my cat 2 lines and trim his nails. As for my girl cat they didn't touch her because they said it was going to not be good since she was scared. So no cut or nail trim for her. We was advised to get them sedated which I agreed we will do. I expected to be charge at least for $20 bucks for gas and $10 for nail trim for one of the cats. But no my wife mentioned they charged $50. $50 dollars for what? We didn't cancel plus they didn't get anything done except trim one cats nails. Idk but to me that is unfair. My wife paid it but I am disappointed. I would have agreed $30.00 was fair but $50 is ridiculous. I heard they do great work and I bet they do. The lady was nice so.only reason why I am rating a 3 is because of the charge. All I know is be prepared if your animal doesn't get the service completed that you will be charged this amount. read more

I could not be happier with my experience with Creative Paw Spa! Initially I had just requested a price quote to have both of my huskies groomed from several different groomers. Vanessa was quick to respond; especially since I sent my requests out around 11pm on July 3rd. Our correspondence was thorough and professional throughout. I was surprised that I was able to get an appointment for both of my huskies within a weeks time. Actually, I could have had the appointment sooner but today was the first day that fit MY schedule. Brittany was the groomer who arrived to clean my dogs up. She was on-time (10 minutes early) and did an incredible job with both dogs. The mobile trailer was clean and neither of my dogs seemed to be afraid or hesitant to go inside to be groomed (this has been a problem in the past). Both of my dogs were completely relaxed and they both looked and smelled great after their time with Brittany. Brittany was very friendly and personable. She asked about my dogs before coming inside to meet them. She gave them so much love and attention that they did not want her to leave. We have already scheduled our next appointment with Brittany and Creative Paw Spa. I highly recommend the services of Creative Paw Spa and Brittany to anybody in need of a mobile groomer, or a groomer in general. It was so nice not to have to take my dogs out to be groomed and have them caged up while they were waiting at the groomer's.
