He left us with a gas leak in our home which was resolved by RI Energy last week on February 27, 2026. We contacted Mike Cambio to inform him of the gas leak found in our home but, not surprised, he never responded. This Priority Plumbing Company has only one PRIORITY, it's about how much money they can get from you and and how quickly they can get out of your house before you notice damages or serious problems. I originally called to get a hot water recirculation line installed so I could finally have instant hot water at my kitchen sink. During his inspection, John noticed corrosion on my cast iron pipes that was causing a leak whenever I flushed the first floor toilet. What impressed me most is that several plumbers had looked at my place before and none of them caught it. He flagged it right away and explained everything clearly. He then quoted me a very fair price for the labor, a new toilet, and installation, and was able to schedule everything within the week. When the toilet arrived, he noticed a small blemish and told me he wouldn't install it because it didn't meet his standards and he told me not to pay until it was done right. That level of integrity is rare. When he came back with the replacement, he discovered the previous homeowner had done some questionable work with the flooring and the toilet had been sitting at an angle. Instead of just reinstalling it the same way, John took the extra time to properly level and seat it flush with the floor, which clearly took extra effort and skill. John is a true perfectionist, incredibly personable, and you can tell this is a family business that really cares about doing things the right way. I called multiple facilities with either no answer or inability to come out to help. I called Steve at Victory Plumbing who answered the phone right away on a Sunday afternoon. Although he was not able to get out that day due to other appointments, Steve gave me step by step instructions on how to stop the water to the tub until he could get out to look at the situation. The next morning he showed up exactly when he said he would and was able to look at the job and find the piece needed to fix the job. He came back later that day with the part and fixed my leaking tub. Very reasonably priced, very knowledgeable and very personable. I highly recommend this company.
