Then when she did, she acted like it bothered her. When I tried to say something she said , " Wow, she thinks she knows better than me eventhough I work here, " with an attitude. Those types of RUDE employees shouldn't be working in customer service . The employee could have said, " Oh, let me check that issue for you, " instead , and handled the situation differently . I do not recommend shopping here at all.

Brother machines from the utmost modern down to more simple machines for beginners or novice sewists are onsite and the owner is helpful in product selection without being pushy (I think she's also a Bernina dealer).
