Dr Kelemen is exceptional in all 3 phases of the hair transplant process…read more **PHASE 1 - RESEARCH/CONSULTING** In January 2026, I had a consultation with Dr Kelemen and was fully expecting her to say I could get a transplant. However, Dr Kelemen noticed my scalp had redness and splotchiness, and explained that I wasn't an ideal hair transplant candidate. She prescribed me medication to improve my scalp health and existing hair growth. After a few months of using the medications, my scalp health improved significantly and Dr Kelemen gave the green light for a transplant, to my delight. Early in the research phase, I had visited two other clinics for second opinions and both clinics did not look closely at my scalp health and wanted to sign me up for a transplant. These clinics seemed more focused on making a sale and garnering my business than in what was best for my unique situation. These clinics were very "assembly-line" focused, which I didn't want. I wanted a more personalized approach from a doctor. Dr Kelemen put my needs first and really focuses on what's best for her clients. Based on this, I felt extremely comfortable with Dr Kelemen and made the decision to go with her. **PHASE 2 - DAY OF SURGERY** Dr Kelemen and her team did an excellent job of making my surgery as painless as possible. She combines her medical expertise with technical artistry to maximize your overall look and make the transplants look very natural. She has an extreme attention to detail: from determining the best hairline, adding a slight zigzag to the hairline for a natural look, using custom extraction and implant tooling based on my unique hair type, deploying the most efficient and effective disbursement of follicle implants based on the number of grafted follicles and amount of hairs on each follicle, and ensuring the extraction area will still look good and natural post-op. Dr Kelemen is 100% engaged throughout the entire surgery. She does all the graft extractions herself, and then does the implants with her technician Jessica who has over 20+ years of experience. Doctors from some other clinics do not do the extractions, and most will only oversee the implants while technicians do the implants. I wanted a doctor who did the actual extractions and implants, and Dr Kelemen met this expectation. **PHASE 3 - POST OP** For the first couple of weeks post-op, I had questions that came up about how to treat the extraction and graft areas, and Dr Kelemen was highly responsive to all my questions. Again, Dr Kelemen demonstrated the personal attention I wanted in a doctor. I'm 1.5 months post-op and can't wait to see the results in 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. I will continue to update this review with pics over time. To summarize, Dr Kelemen has a wholistic and long-term viewpoint when it comes to hair. She wants to maximize your overall look by doing great hair transplants and having you keep your existing hair. She has a passion for what she does and truly cares for her patients. Her clinic's name really is apropos and I'm so excited to have Hair For Life!

Dr. Kelemen is truly a global top tier hair transplant surgeon. Not just the "best in Phoenix", as…read morevery likely is true as well. I mean on this planet I believe she is top tier and would rank equally or better with any other top tier hair transplant surgeon. I've had 2 previous transplants in my life so am somewhat of a veteran hair-challenged person. My first two were in La Jolla and at the very best clinic in the San Diego area. Dr. Kelemen is quite superior both technically and artistically. As you can imagine, after two previous transplants, the donor hair has thinned a bit itself. Luckily, Dr. Kelemen can transplant from the beard region. Amazing. Phoenix is lucky to have her. Knowing full regrowth after the transplant can take up to a year (usually less), I waited about 8 months to post a review. It's come in much thicker than I expected. I'm very pleased.

In my 30s, my hair began to recede and thin out. In 2025, just before deciding to take the plunge…read moreand go fully bald, I did some research on hair transplant doctors. After seeing very good reviews, I scheduled a free consultation with Dr. Rejali. Dr. Rejali is a very nice guy. He is always open to listening to what your goals are. He will stop the moment you have a question and answer it in full detail. He has been doing this for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He also keeps up with the most advanced technology, like the WAW pen, which Dr. Rejali compares to having the newest iPhone, and he is always happy to explain how everything works. Unfortunately, in 2025 I was unable to go through with the transplant due to life circumstances. I returned in 2026, where Dr. Rejali did another thorough consultation with me. What I like most about Dr. Rejali is that he will be absolutely honest with you. After having done so many transplants, he is able to give you a straight up, honest opinion on things like where your hairline should sit for the most natural appearance, how it should match your ethnic background, and how it will continue to look as you age. He also explains the risks associated with taking out too many donor grafts and keeps you completely informed throughout the entire process. Dr. Rejali was able to do a two day crown and hairline transplant on me with approximately 3,500 grafts over the span of those two days. During that time, he makes the office as comfortable as possible. His staff are exceptional and make sure you are cared for throughout the entire process. It's also important to mention that the care doesnt just end once the transplant is done. Dr. Rejali will see you for follow ups, includes sessions of low level laser therapy and also offers a wide array of additional treatments that can help post FUE recovery and for continued growth including medications, PRP, exesomes, etc. Shoutout to Olivia, who was absolutely awesome in making sure everything went smoothly and was entertaining as well. Olivia was extremely helpful throughout the process. She answered my questions, and if she did not know something, she would get back to me as soon as possible and was always happy to do so. All in all, the first stage of the process went better than I could have ever expected. As the months pass and I get to see how the results turn out, I will update my review in about 10 months to one year. I would highly recommend Dr. Rejali. His experience, along with his excellent staff and affordability, made this process truly exceptional.

Excellent Experience -- Patient Care That Stands Out: Exosome Hair Therapy…read more I went to Dr. Rejali Hair Clinic Institute to explore PRP after a disappointing experience at another Phoenix-area clinic. I had paid about $1,000 for a three-treatment PRP package, but the procedures were painful, the results were disappointing, and I never felt they really took the time to understand my situation. My experience with Dr. Rejali was completely different. Dr. Rejali is truly "patient-care personified." He started with a proper diagnosis and took the time to show me my scalp and hair health using a high-resolution microscope connected to a large monitor. He explained what he was seeing, answered my questions, and discussed different options rather than simply selling me the procedure I came in asking for. In fact, although PRP would have been more expensive, he recommended microporation Exosome Hair Therapy instead--a painless treatment costing $499 that he felt was a better fit for me. That really impressed me. It felt like the focus was "What is best for the patient?", not "What makes the clinic more money?" The clinic uses Kimera Labs for the exosome treatment, and Olivia, who performed my treatment, was fantastic--professional, gentle, and genuinely caring. Based on this experience, I would absolutely trust Olivia and Dr. Rejali if PRP is recommended for me in the future. The biggest difference was simple: I felt they genuinely cared about me as a patient. From diagnosis to treatment, I felt heard, informed, respected, and well cared for. Very happy customer. Highly recommended!

Diana not only knew about the system but did a spectacular job aligning the clips within the base of the piece without irritating any of the tunnel grafts...she did an AMAZING job from a stock piece - the cut, color, highlights and styling were exactly what we were hoping for. We have been through many hair replacement businesses and stylists over the last 20+ years, some bad, some good, but Diana is absolutely the best - what a kind person and incredible talent. My spouse looks fantastic, and her cut-in was extraordinarily fast, precise, and after a few edits to the style, it fit perfectly and looks incredible. We highly recommend Tailored Hair Plus! OVERVIEW Dr. Alexander and his team are absolutely…read morefantastic. I had been thinking about hair restoration for sometime and roughly 9 months ago started to research what was possible. Ive seen many people with procedures done that look fake. What I found was there have been many advancements in the procedures that look 100% natural. CONSULTATION I had two consultations in the PHX Metro area. One with Dr. Alexander and one with another very well known company. I found the other company to be very sales oriented, trying to get me in and out. I was also surprised to find I didn't meet with the doctor who would be doing the procedure. With Biltmore Hair Restoration, it is completely different. I met with Dr. Alexander who walked me through the process, addressed questions and concerns, after care, ETC. Everyone was very friendly. THE PROCEDURE Little scary but an outpatient procedure that takes a full day but flew by. The worst part is getting numb but considering how much work is being done, I would say very little pain. Make sure you have enough food in your system. As your body starts to react to what is being done IT WILL HELP. The process if fairly simple. Clip down the hair from the area the will be extracting. Numb the Front and make incisions. Numb the back. Get in the ARTAS machine which will extract the follicle. The team works on the follicles and implants them. Side note. The ARTAS is a little uncomfortable but not bad, and completely worth my result. AFTER CARE They will have the pain meds and antibiotics set up in advance so you can have them at home. They will also have arranged your Finasteride and Minoxidil which will make sure your implant stays in place for life. THIS IS A TRUE OUTPATIENT. I DROVE HOME. The pain meds do a great job, to be honest there isn't much pain from the procedure. For me the only pain came from sleeping on the scabs that harden from the donor area. It sucks on day 2 and 3. You're head will feel insanely weird due to all of the medication from the procedure. It will fade and go away. This is in the notes they give you, but your head will also swell and give you a caveman look for a few days. That is also due to the medication they pump in you for pain and to slow your bleeding while they work. It will fade. Follow the simple aftercare instructions and you will be fine. Once you can wash the scabs off it is like nothing happened and everything feels normal. RESULTS 1st, don't worry when the follicles fall out and it looks like you just spent $$$ and went through a procedure for nothing. They tell you this and it is on anything you will read about FUE. THE FOLLICLE IS STILL INSIDE. In weeks you will start to see things growing back and in months you will have a completely new hair line that looks like you were born with it. After living with my new looks for months I have to look back at pictures to remember what I looked like. HUGE DIFFERENCE. People have told me I am reverse aging, and cannot believe when I tell them I had the procedure done. If you are on the fence in doing this I hope this review helps you push yourself over the finish line. I am very happy I went with it. I only regret waiting so long to do it. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT THIS AND ARE WAITING OR NEED TO WAIT FOR ANY REASON. START TALKING FINASTERIDE AND MINOXIDIL. IT WILL HELP KEEP WHAT YOU HAVE WHILE YOU DECIDE OR SAVE UP.
