I came to Arizona Aesthetics with high hopes, but my experience was nothing short of disappointing. Despite going through the full treatment process, I saw absolutely no positive results. I had previously given a 5 star rating because i was very hopeful that i would get some of my hair back as Eric said would be extremely easy to do. This was not the case and these guys ask for a review every time you see them even before they have done anything. They are very nice people but there enthusiasm for these stem cells ( which might be just water because it never did anything for me except accelerate the hair loss) sure didnt work for me. I am so excited about the hair loss treatment that I am receiving at Arizona Aesthetics. All of the staff are professional and super friendly. One of Arizona's best kept secrets!! I purchased a velashape package on Groupon to see if I liked this office. Sometimes you get treated badly by some merchants but not here, the staff are professional, friendly and know what they are doing! Not only this, but I'm getting the results I was hoping to see when I started. I was skeptical in the beginning if this would work but after several treatments I'm definitely happy and will keep going. Side note: velashape has Vacuum suction and gets very warm. To me, it feels like a nice deep tissue massage that I could easily fall asleep in. These cost less per treatment than a regular massage so I see this as the best of both worlds. I came here with a Groupon for two Coolsculpting treatments. Note for anyone interested, if you are sculpting an area on both sides (I had my love handles done) it counts as two treatments, which I wasn't aware of. It didn't state that anywhere on the Groupon fine print. I was hoping to do my love handles and outer thighs but that would be four treatments. Maybe next time. Other than that, I was extremely pleased with my experience. Dawn explained the process before we began. I appreciated it because I had never done coolsculpting before and was a little nervous. The actual treatment was nice. It was cold but not painful. Actually kind of relaxing! Lasted about 30 mins with both sides being treated at the same time. At the end, Dawn massaged the area and it hurt as it "thawed out". I began to feel dizzy and faint. I had to sit down. Dawn immediately grabbed me a bottle of water and a little cutie orange. I felt much better after that. It is a possible side effect after treatment. I wasn't aware of that either, but I do somewhat recall it being listed on the paperwork so that was my fault for overlooking it before the treatment began. My skin that was treated was reddish purple and somewhat numb for a few weeks. After that subsided, I began seeing amazing results. And I mean AMAZING! I suddenly had a waist! I've been working out and losing weight but it's difficult for me to lose the fat in my love handle area. I was told it would reduce by about 20% in 3-4 months, but I feel like I already lost more fat than that in 6 weeks! Because of my results, I'm now planning on purchasing a Coolsculpting package to get other stubborn areas treated. Yes, you have to be realistic and continue to exercise and eat well. It's not liposuction. But it helped me lose fat in the areas I couldn't work off with diet and exercise. I will be back! read more

I have been wanting to try coolsculpting for a long time. I have gotten quotes from a couple of places, who want you to commit to more than one area to offer you a discount. When I started with Arizona Aesthetics, I was doing Zerona. I have done it before and I knew it is hard to see much results. Fortunately, they had a fantastic price for coolsculpting and I didn't need to do several areas. I decided to do one area, which is what has always bugged me. Since I didn't have enough fat to use the suction piece, Liza suggested the plate one. She explained to me that the first 15 minutes are a little uncomfortable, until the frozen/burning sensation goes away, I guess your skin just gets numb. Indeed, after 15 minutes I couldn't feel the pain anymore (not that it was intolerable). Now, after the treatment, you feel numb and your skin almost feels a little swollen. The days after, the treated area will hurt and also itch. I am one of the few who will have pain for a longer period of time. I had to google that, because I had that pain (not horrible but noticeable) and itch for almost 3 weeks. It's been 5 weeks and I am starting to notice a difference. The full results are supposed to be seen by week 8. I am very happy with my procedure and I want to do another area now. Barney and Liza have always been very friendly and professional.
