My wife was discharged from the hospital late yesterday and 2 prescriptions sent in from the…read morehospital. One was apparently sent incorrectly and on hold. I called the pharmacy the "Pharmacist" answered and gave me an option that should correct the problem. I tried to ask another question a I got a sort of 'you got your answer that's it response'. I can't remember the words but he implied I was being confrontational. I said I wasn't but he reacted badly. I never said anything that warranted this response. Having a bad day shouldn't be passed along to the customer.

Customer service, compassion for customers, and prices are all horrible. They charge more than…read moreanywhere else and tell you that you have to get all or none of prescriptions filled. Maybe if you weren't so outrageous on your prices people could get them all filled and not have to contact multiple pharmacies just to be able to obtain needed medication.
