Store had an excellent selection but I didn't have the best interaction with the owner. He was rude and snapped at me when I told him I didn't want to pay $36 for a pair of 874 dickies. I was not trying to offend the guy I just personally couldn't rationalize spending that when I can get the same pair on Amazon for $30! Visited this store today, in search of pro club wear and dickies for my daughter. The owner knew right away what she was looking for and went to work looking for every piece she wanted from his new inventory. He also had a style of Levi she'd been looking for, so we added 2 pairs of those as well. He even knew the right sizes to pull for her. His prices are fair and the customer service was awesome! I've been coming here for several years and I always find what I need because of his huge selection. Unlike the big corporation stores where I often end up with nothing or something that doesn't fit right. The owner is very helpful and it's easier then going to a big store. The owner was nice to try to find my size however he doesn't accept returns. The pair I bought was still in perfect condition, I had not even worn them, and they still had the tags. He offers another size but I already knew he didn't have my size in stock so it was pointless even trying to get an exchange. I came in for some work pants and the owner was very knowledgeable and helped me with sizing. There were many options to choose from.

The manager is pretty non-personable. We bought clothes here and tried to exchange one item for another after taking it home and the owner refused. I did give him the tags with the shorts and washed the shorts because they were worn once. I'm not sure why he thinks it's bad to wash the item when returning it. He could easily put the tags back on as well. Makes me wonder if the store doesn't wash clothes that are returned to the store and puts them back on the shelves. Avoid this store if you can. Risky to buy here. read more

The sign says it opens at 11:00 if they can make it on time at11:00 they should just open at 12. I'm sure they still would be late. Walked into this place with the OWNER on the phone. He continued his conversation while I looked around. Since I was in a hurry, and already had 3 pair of pants picked out, I was ready to try them on in the fitting room. Once I walked into the fitting room, the owner got up and walked straight over to me and told me that I wasnt allowed to try on one of the pair of pants bc HE ASSUMED THEY WERE TOO SMALL FOR ME. AS A WOMAN, NO MAN SHOULD TELL ME WHAT I CAN AND CANNOT TRY ON. He snatched the pair of pants out of my hands and said once I try on the other 2 pairs of pants, I was allowed to try on the pair of pants that he said were too small for me. Regardless if they were too small or too big, it's NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. We continued to have an unprofessional argument throughout his store bc he had to be "RIGHT" on what would fit me. The argument was not about the limit of pants I could take it at one time, it was strictly about him having to be right on what would fit me. My mom persisted that the pants WOULD in fact fit me and HE STILL WOULDNT ALLOW ME TO TRY THEM ON. The argument went on until he finally told me to just try them on to prove that he would be right. As soon as I tried the pants on, and they fit me perfectly, he was automatically moted and felt stupid. After he felt stupid he had the nerve to continue to say, "Well are those for work? You're going to be bending down and walking" ONCE AGAIN, NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. I got so fed up that I literally walked out after 20 minutes of arguing on what I liked. Once I got in my car, the owner proceeded to come out taking pictures of my vehicle AS IF I DID SOMETHING WRONG. Take your business somewhere else if you don't want to get body shamed the moment you walk into this place. Completely disgusting how this man acted. read more

My boys love Dickies brand shorts. This is the most reasonably priced place around; however, they are NEVER open according to their posted hours. Last time we went at 11:15, sign said open at 11, and the owner wasn't there. Went back 20 min later and he used the excuse that he drives from LA. Went today again arriving at 11:39am, 11am posted. Closed. So extremely irritating considering I spend approx $200 when I shop there, not to mention my time. We will not be going back. read more

He showed me four different styles and let me try them on. He also said he could special order them if I needed something he didn't have. Found what I was looking for also bought a pair of Levi's. I called the store before going and the owner Mohamed answered and I explained that I was looking for work pants for my daughter who was recently hired at In n Out. He knew exactly what we needed, he asked for the size and said he had it. Went down to the store and Mohamed immediately greeted us and helped us find what we needed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain his products. He made for a very good experience at his store. It is not too often that a retail business gives you a good feeling when you walk in and a better feeling when you walk out. Went last week and was closed during business hours, owner must have left more than 2 hours early. Owner was going to order my size Dickies and call me back over a month ago, never returned my call, I went in today and he made excuses for not calling me back. Today owner was frustrated with me for trying on pants and not buying any (still didn't have my size in gray), and complained about this in front of another customer. I have purchased more than 25 Dickies from him over the last 10 years, but customer service and professionalism has gone downhill. I do not recommend. read more
