He ended up having very severe asthma and needed treatments multiple times a day. Unfortunately it was not possible for me to quit my job and stay with him. The owners, Hollie and Jason (who, in my opinion, always seem to go above and beyond to make the children and families feel comfortable), had every teacher in the ENTIRE school learn about his type of atypical asthma and how to properly administer his medication throughout the day. They never acted like my daily call to check in on him was a problem or an inconvenience. My boys are now 8 and attend camp at primrose for the last year (they're ready for a big kid camp next year). They have a great time. The teachers are fun and treat them well (my children love their main teacher Ms. Tori). I never worry about my boys when they are there. I know they are being very well cared for. How huge is that for a parent?! Ms. Kristine is now the Parent Relations Director and you couldn't ask for a better person to interact with the parents. She is funny, friendly, competent and knows your child and his/her own unique personality. People have told me that they did not take their children to Primrose because they thought it was too expensive. It does cost a little more than other daycares in the area but it is much more than a daycare. It IS worth every dime you spend. As I read through my gushing review just now I want to make it clear that I have no affliation to Primrose or the employees there other than my children attend the school. Another words, Im not getting compensated in any way to leave this 5 star review. ;) I'm just a parent that wanted to leave an honest recommendation because I know how hard it is to find a reputable place to take care of your children when you can't. Laurie told us all about the school and answered any questions. She gave us the opportunity to visit the classrooms and see how things run. My husband went to a Montessori school as a child, so he experienced a flood of happy memories. It was everything he dreamed of for our active little boy. We returned the next week with our little boy so he could join a class. The staff wanted to see how he fit in. Everything felt good, so we moved forward with enrollment. He's currently doing day care, but will do preschool this coming fall. Our plan is to do three full days a week (you can do full or half days, 3-5 days a week). To start the process of getting our son comfortable, they like to begin with five days. If possible, they like for one parent to stay with the child so they can leave early (probably a half day to start). This is allowing our son a smooth transition. Every child is different, so things can be adjusted depending on how they handle it. I look forward to posting again later once we've spent more time here and learn more. But we love this place so far!!

He brought home art projects each day, they got to make their snacks which were themed to match what they were learning about that week, and he always had tons of stories to share. We loved the school and felt our child was in a supportive, nurturing, yet balanced environment. Then this current school year came. Our child's lead teacher abruptly quit. We still haven't been notified by the administration as to why this change, only complaints from the current teacher and no answers from the principal when I talked on the phone and email and in person to both the teacher and principal. We only left these conversations feeling more confused (no answers or solutions, only projection and gaslighting). My child's classroom has not been a pleasant one and we have been unable to effectively communicate or resolve issues with the current teacher.  Then, the principal quit. We have made the difficult yet necessary decison to take our child out of this school mid-year. I do not recommend this school for your child. Too many secrets and not enough clear communication. When there is not clear and transparent communication, push back when I ask questions about my child's learning, and an obvious disconnect from teachers and administration, I do NOT trust the people who are in charge of my child's safety and learning for an entire day. We hate this school so much we are willing to leave money on the table for the sake of our family's mental well-being. We are so disappointed in you, CWCC inc. (company that owns Creative World of Montessori).

We laughed and had so much fun, while Dawn taught us she felt like a member of our group and joined in with conversation and jokes. Every person in our party raved about how much fun it was and we cannot wait to plan our next event at this studio. Even if you don't consider yourself an artist, you'll love what you leave with and make a new friend in the process. If there were ten stars, Dawn would get them all!
