Instructed to call June 1st-4th to get coverage starting in June. Called June 2nd. Told I can NOT get June coverage now until July 1st. Sales agent sets up 2 accounts, NOT 1. I pay my premium over the phone immediately for July premium. Proceed to get 15 emails after June 2nd requesting payment! I assume for the 2nd account which should have been killed, and not deleted by Sales agent. Since then, I have made 4 phone calls requesting my ID Cards and welcome kit, that was promised to arrive 7-10 business days from payment received date (June 2nd). Everyone promises it will be sent. 4 promises--no ID Cards. So now I am taking their word for it that I have health insurance. So today, JULY 8TH, 35 DAYS with no ID Card. I google United Health Care offices in Arizona, and it shows 1906 e Calle De Marcos Tempe AZ 85284 (20 miles away) so I drive to that address hoping to see someone in person, but guess what? That address is a townhome for sale in a residential district!! So I call again, same song and dance, but the hold music and message says I can go to myuhc.com and print my own ID Cards. So I create an account, and guess what? When I try to print, message says "We are sorry. we can not retrieve your information at this time". I get on the website chat, get a live person (?) that tells me I have to come back tomorrow. Every facet of this company so far is a failure, except the billing dept. Thank God I have not gotten sick, and I pray if I ever do this company will figure out a way to take care of business. a 1 star rating for them is a COMPLIMENT.
