DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP--DECEPTIVE SALES & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY…read more I would give zero stars if I could. My mother is a 68 year old retired RN who purchased a van from Haus Auto Group with the intention of traveling across the country, visiting national parks. Instead, she has spent months dealing with a nightmare--costly repairs, misleading information, and complete disregard from the dealership. The van was misrepresented from the start. It was advertised as a Flex Fuel Chevy Express, which she paid a premium through the dealership's vendor to have delivered to her in Texas. Upon delivery, she discovered it was actually a VIA Motors VTRUX hybrid--a vehicle that very few mechanics can service due to software restrictions that a quick Google search will confirm was a complete failure for GM. The hybrid battery failed 3 days after she accepted delivery of this vehicle, and despite taking it to multiple shops, no one has been able to fix it. Additionally, the van has significant rust issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. They haven't even honored their own guarantee and reimbursed her for what she spent in repairs the first month she owned it. My mother repeatedly reached out to Chris Haus, asking for assistance or a buyback, as she unknowingly purchased a vehicle that is essentially undrivable, and the vehicle delivered is not the vehicle she purchased. Communication has been slow, dismissive, and filled with empty promises. Every time she pushed for a resolution, she's been met with excuses or silence. Meanwhile, she's still making payments on a van that she cannot use. This dealership sold her a branded title vehicle without proper disclosure, failed to ensure it was in working condition, and has done nothing to make this right. She spent her life savings on what was supposed to be her dream vehicle, only to be stuck with an expensive, useless burden. If you value honesty, integrity, and accountability, DO NOT BUY FROM HAUS AUTO GROUP. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here to take their business elsewhere.

Do not buy from this guy. Typical salesman. He ruined my life selling me a piece of junk that…read moredoesn't run from 3 days of receiving it. He wants me to kick it on down the line to CarMax lying to them to get an appraisal and throwing $4000 on top of that not caring about the moral issue that the Van dies after 30-45 min. and proven by 5+ mechanics it won't run. They had a 90 day warranty and I haven't received a penny for what I have paid.

I normally don't write long reviews, but my experience with Ken Ganley Kia of Boardman was so…read moredisappointing and stressful that I feel compelled to warn others. What should have been an exciting purchase turned into a two-week nightmare -- one week just trying to complete the deal, and another week waiting for the dealership to finally release my approved, paid-for vehicle. During that delay, I was told I'd still have to pay for the days I didn't even have the car in my possession. My experience with sales associate Christopher Kenney, finance manager Heather Marino, and general manager Melanie Yesovich was marked by misinformation, unresponsiveness, and defensiveness. I was repeatedly pushed aside, ignored, and treated as though my time and business didn't matter. Even after paying my down payment and signing the paperwork, they refused to release the car, citing "funds clearing" from the leasing company -- which makes no sense for a lease. When I raised the issue, I was offered only $40 compensation and told to sign a release form that would have silenced me from ever sharing this experience publicly. I refused. The only person who showed any professionalism was sales manager Mark Dickerhoof, who listened, treated me with respect, and ultimately honored the national offer I was initially denied. Unfortunately, every other part of this dealership failed to deliver even the most basic level of customer care. As a former licensed car salesman at Klaben Ford and Lincoln and a recipient of the Key to the City of Youngstown, I know how customers deserve to be treated -- and this dealership fell far below that standard. If you value honesty, professionalism, and respect, steer clear of Ken Ganley Kia of Boardman.

Had to take my 2016 KIA Sorento in for another recall, this is the Kia that has the bad motors…read more Same KIA that anyone could step into & brake steering column & steal it, Insurance rates went up & then they didn't want to insure it! KIA said use a wheel locking stick like from the 1970's. Will maybe KIA was hopping all the lemons they built & the one they sold me would be stolen & totaled? My background is I am a certify ASE master technician (retired) I still build motors now as a hobby, I know what has happen inside this engine. Now oil loss is so bad Kia now says It can use up to one quart every 1,000 miles before they will replace there defective motors. As mine only uses .8 per 1,000 miles, they consider it acceptable, so between oil changes they want me to add 5 quarts of oil as the engine will burn/blow by on there defected engine block, with defected oil rings, wonder why EPA has not stepped in with the pollution this veh puts into our air. And the service department has to be of the rudest I have ever talked with, the write up person named Samantha I think would just talk down to you as if The customer is the issue not the lemon Kia produced. They want you to bring in for oil change, then you drive it, then back for them to check it, then in for 2nd change to verify it's a oil burner, then back & forth how many times, delay is another word for denial, they Just have one class action law suit after another. I am having better results dealing with E.P. train derailment then KIA.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! My son purchased his first car just now at 18 saved all his summer…read moremoney for deposit on a 2013 hyuandi sonata for 7000. He took a loan from the credit union for the rest. We informed them that he was 18 and we really wanted to make sure he got something reliable that he wouldn't be dumping money into right away and Dave told us he just had it in the shop mechanic replaced a few things and engine ran great only thing needed would be back tires everything else was great. So we took his word for that. 4 days into owning this car it lost complete power while our son was driving it and brakes quit working and luckily he was able to veer off the road before he went head on into a main road. We had it towed and Dave had mechanic look at it said he was puzzled but replaced a crack shaft sensor and charged us a 100 bucks and said they did this out of "goodwill" because we bought the car "as is". Dave said he isn't even telling Chuck he did this because he wouldn't allow it. Well 2 days later same problem so my husband looks under the hood and the battery terminals were completely loose which leads us to believe did they even look under the hood or just take us for 100 bucks. Fast forward 5 days. The engine completely BLOWS UP. We call Dave and Chuck say sorry nothing we can do you bought as is. Now reading through this company reviews this is not the first time they have done this to people. And they will comment on this " you signed as is" "you didn't purchase the extended warranty" - he did purchase an extended warranty 2 days after the purchase of buying the car because their warranty didn't cover nearly as much as we like we have a company we use and we like a lot but you can't use it until you hit 30 days of purchasing it. Also when you buy as is especially on something that is 7000 dollars you are hoping to get more than 15 days out of it!!! And those 15 days not having issues!!! So save yourself the comments Dave and Chuck. I am not sure how you guys can live with yourselves knowing you basically stole from a poor 18 year old kid starting out in life but hey more power to ya I guess.
