DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP--DECEPTIVE SALES & ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I would give zero stars if I could. My mother is a 68 year old retired RN who purchased a van from Haus Auto Group with the intention of traveling across the country, visiting national parks. Instead, she has spent months dealing with a nightmare--costly repairs, misleading information, and complete disregard from the dealership. The van was misrepresented from the start. It was advertised as a Flex Fuel Chevy Express, which she paid a premium through the dealership's vendor to have delivered to her in Texas. Upon delivery, she discovered it was actually a VIA Motors VTRUX hybrid--a vehicle that very few mechanics can service due to software restrictions that a quick Google search will confirm was a complete failure for GM. The hybrid battery failed 3 days after she accepted delivery of this vehicle, and despite taking it to multiple shops, no one has been able to fix it. Additionally, the van has significant rust issues that were not disclosed at the time of sale. They haven't even honored their own guarantee and reimbursed her for what she spent in repairs the first month she owned it. My mother repeatedly reached out to Chris Haus, asking for assistance or a buyback, as she unknowingly purchased a vehicle that is essentially undrivable, and the vehicle delivered is not the vehicle she purchased. Communication has been slow, dismissive, and filled with empty promises. Every time she pushed for a resolution, she's been met with excuses or silence. Meanwhile, she's still making payments on a van that she cannot use. This dealership sold her a branded title vehicle without proper disclosure, failed to ensure it was in working condition, and has done nothing to make this right. She spent her life savings on what was supposed to be her dream vehicle, only to be stuck with an expensive, useless burden. If you value honesty, integrity, and accountability, DO NOT BUY FROM HAUS AUTO GROUP. I strongly urge anyone considering a purchase here to take their business elsewhere. read more

Do not buy from this guy. Typical salesman. He ruined my life selling me a piece of junk that doesn't run from 3 days of receiving it. He wants me to kick it on down the line to CarMax lying to them to get an appraisal and throwing $4000 on top of that not caring about the moral issue that the Van dies after 30-45 min. and proven by 5+ mechanics it won't run. They had a 90 day warranty and I haven't received a penny for what I have paid. read more

NO! The only follow up that has taken place is after I reached out. The upfront disclosure was not presented correctly about having auto start and Apple play. I told Dom straight up I did not want this automobile unless these items were available on this vehicle . It's disappointing reading your comment stating that I have not responded. had a loud noise and the engine light came on called Haus on my way there my car heated up and died , had to tow my car there . Anywhere, they looked at my car and told me I need a new engine that cost $6000 and labour$3000 that's a total of $9000 I didnt have it. they were going to help me find another car and scrap my car told me I would not get much from it. my Fiancé decided to look for a second opinion and boom guess what I did not even need a new engine like they said bought parts for $300 and labor $250 totaling $550 from the $9000 they charged me. Now my car is working fine . When I texted them they did not even have the decency to reply me if they did I was not going to leave this review but now I do. 5 months after I bought the car I had to invest over $2,000 in order to repair it. They sold it as if it was in perfect state and little did I know that the brakes would need to be changed in the first 3 months and the ignition coils would all need to be replaced, among many other parts. read more

I have been getting a financing run around from several dealers for days now. But i needed a new ride badly. I called Haus and talked to Mike. I had picked out a nice truck that seemed perfect for my needs. He has some questions, ran some numbers and asked me when i wanted to pick it up. As i am 40 min away i half joked, can you deliver it? he said sure be there in 40 minutes. he was, he drove away in my trade in and I am rocking a Silverado 1500. We were returning home from vacation when are car died, stranding us at the side of the road. The first dealership was not going to be able to fix it before one week. Meanwhile, our car was packed full with luggage. A second tow got us as far as Haus Auto. I spoke to Dennis who said he would look at it the same day it arrived. They diagnosed the problem early in the morning and it was done by noon that day. (They even washed the car!) The customer service was outstanding. Dennis could not have been nicer or more accommodating. If we lived closer, we would bring all our business here. read more

Searching for a slightly used 2014 Truck, I originally contacted this dealer over the phone. Initial contact went very well got information and explained that I wanted to trade in my 3 year car in on a newer truck. Got an email requesting pictures of my car and all details. I sent everything and waited 2 days with no response. So I called them again asked for the individual that I originally spoke to and they said ok hold on, then hung up. I called back and was told hold on then someone other than who I requested answered, I asked again for the other guy, said he was busy. Ok, so had to go through the whole thing again and said I emailed the pictures already, they didn't get them, ok, sent them again to this guy, who said "ok got them, give me 15 minutes and I'll call you back with your trade in numbers". That was two days ago. It's obvious that they didn't want to work a deal that they probably didn't want my sports car on trade going into winter, however how unprofessional can they be to not even return the call and say so. No customer service, I feel that a bunch of kids fresh out of high school would do a better job. Oh and I forgot to mention when I tried to post this to their site, it was evaluated and deleted, hmm wonder why and how many other negative reviews they removed to have their 5 star ratings. lol read more
