    Not pushy at all. I had an extra vehicle that I wanted to get rid of and sold it to them, and they didn't even make me buy one of theirs!

    These guys were a life saver. I was traveling through the country and my alternator went on my car…read morein this town. The Chevy dealership recommended them bc they didnt work on foreign diesel cars. So this shop took us right in and started investigating how to fix my problem quickly. They located a part for me which was a problem all in itself, got it ordered and installed. They offered me a loaner car so I wasn't stuck at the shop all day and gave me a recommendation of where we could go to relax for a while. Just great service! Only one down side was that in the rush to get a stranded mom out of there (I begged to get this done asap) something happened to my oil level sensor. They had thought that it was possibly wet and it would stop giving me a problem but unfortunately while I was at my final destination it just completely stopped reading my levels. They had told me that I had an oil leak so that caused a concern for me to drive the vehicle bk home with no sensor to read the oil. They offered for me to stop on the way back but I would have been passing through after they closed on a Sat. So I had to have it fixed at a location where I was. Armando's hourly rate was quite high but I really didn't have much of a choice and I was assured I was in good hands so that made it sting a bit less. But when I had to get that sensor fixed because the clip got messed up during the alternator fix it was definitely frustrating. I do wish they would have looked at it better before I left but they had done so much for me already and it was past closing time he said. All in all I would go to them again. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. I'm sure if I wasn't stranded and they had more time I wouldn't have had a problem with the oil sensor. Just sucked having to pay to get that fixed also. I'm sure you will be happy with their service if you needed.

We ordered the Weather Tech, type floor mats- premium all weather and cargo mats, we ordered remote start and something else, all add ons. In May we were to receive our car. May. June. July... I called the sales man in August and told him to cancel our order, we were going elsewhere. "Oh the car JUST CAME IN TODAY"!! We drive in and see our BLAZER!! But... noooooooo! Our Blazer is 'in here'. A blue and a red one. "Ummm these aren't ours". Yes, the blue one... "I've never ordered a colored vehicle in my lifetime" !! Well yes you did! Floor mats? Um no Remote start? It's not on the FOB. Oh it's on the app. Hahahaha jokes on me I find out one rainy morning ! I have written to the dealership... I have talked to someone asking them to get my order out and review it ... We can't, you're salesman is no longer with the company ‍ So it's this many months later I get an email survey from General Motors. I tell them THIS SAME THING. Nada. Changed to a donut spare and limped into Youngstown at 4am. Left a text with Boardman, got a prompt call back when they opened at 7:30. Brought my car in, they replaced the tire, checked out the car, replaced the spare in it's spot, and had me on my way by 9am. And at a very reasonable price! I couldn't have hoped for more!     I purchased a Subaru in 2018, with a full warranty that included oil changes from a dealer that I…read moremoved away from. It was too great a distance to travel for oil changes. I had visited other locations as well and never paid a dime for an oil change. Today, my Forrester was taken in for an oil change by my partner, and they said that they could not use my warranty because it "didn't include oil changes". I provided my warranty information (even though it's associated with my account and has always been) and they were prepared to process the oil change and charge me money, something that I am not required to pay under my warranty. I guess someone didn't want to do their due diligence and follow up with the other retailer or just didn't know how to do their job. Guess that's the unfortunate state of the workforce these days. It's unfortunate that this is the closest retailer to me, I'll now have to travel twice as far to the original retailer to get the service in the warranty I've purchased. Avoid.
