    2025 Subaru Crosstrek Limited in Sun Blaze Pearl

    I'm a happy customer. I live over 100 miles from the Twin Falls Subaru dealership and was unable to visit them and test drive the car I ultimately bought in-person (although I did drive another one at a different local dealership). Twin Falls Subaru not only had the best price on the Crosstrek I wanted, they were also the only one that had it in the color I wanted (Sun Blaze Pearl) and with the option package I wanted. And they were also able to deliver it to my home in Boise. Additionally, they also sent a representative to my home a week later to go over all the features and help set up some of the technology the car comes with. I was both grateful and impressed. Also, special shoutout to Automotive Anonymous, for their videos and referral to Twin Falls Subaru.

    July 2024 My car took a nosedive and needed a new transmission. It was time to finance a new one.  Even without a warranty, Subaru took incredible care of me. They let me borrow something so I could make it back and forth to work. They shopped around with me. They were honest and upfront about what was good and what would suit me and what would not suit me. I cannot recommend working with JT enough. He will be there for you to answer every single grueling question that you have and greet you with patience and friendliness for each one. He is kind and genuinely there for the customer.  They take the time to get a feel for your lifestyle and what you're comfortable in, before showing you anything. You also get the freedom to browse around the lot and the site at your own will if that is your method of shopping around.  Every time I came in; they were gracious, kind, and accommodating. I came in a lot for the few weeks before I purchased my second Subaru Forester.  God knows I take forever deciding anything, but not once did anybody lose an ounce of patience in that.  Also, I never felt an ounce of pressure walking through the doors. They thoroughly paid attention to my needs and put me in something that they knew that I would like. I had to keep my payments pretty low, and they gave me the best deal I could get and helped out in ways they didn't need to. To top it off; they put me in something that I absolutely fell in love with.  They helped me out and guided me through the financing process and gave me a really incredible deal for a really incredible vehicle. I have never met a car dealership that can turn around a bummer of a summer in seconds.  Anytime I have come in there with my dog, they are equally as accommodating to him and he is very comfortable there.  Meredith went on several test drives with me. She sent me cars and we told dog stories, and she spent quite a few weeks with me helping me make the right decision. Paola was also a total sweetheart and test drove a few cars with me as well.  Finally when I found the right thing, they worked fast on the process and gave me the best possible deal. Jaydon got on it immediately and will pull every string that he can for you.  Painless, accommodating, affordable, and no pressure was given from every staff member I have ever dealt with there. This isn't just selling cars, this is an entire experience. I will continue to recommend Subaru to all of my family and friends after the experience that I had (again).

    81,000 stars! Mason and the rest of the service crew as well as entire staff at Subaru Twin Falls were extraordinary! they accommodated me right away even though i had to drive nearly 3hrs to get to them. i would strongly recommend visiting them for your service or sale needs!

    I have had 2 different Outbacks that I have brought to this dealership for service over the last 8 years. Employees and the quality of service has fluctuated greatly during that time period. In October of 2019 I received the best service at this location. Kudos to Dave Morrow the service advisor. I needed some clips for a wheel well cover, that were missing since a headlight was changed (not done at Subaru). The clips needed to be ordered, and I would not be back to Twin Falls before leaving on my trip. Dave delivered those clips to my work the next evening! Perfect. The waiting area at the dealership is comfortable, snacks and coffee are provided. I have had a loner car twice. It was really nice to drive the Crosstrek. Thanks everyone at Subaru of Twin Falls!

    Last week They took my Subaru in to replace the airbag under recall. When they where finished the service manager ( Michael )called to say it was done. He then said his tech had determined that the brake routers where all scored and the pads worn and all needed to be replaced. This did not sound right as 10,000 miles earlier I had replaced the rear rotors and pads as one of the pads had lost its friction material and ruined that rotor. I replaced both rear rotors and pads. The non damaged pads showed excellent material remaining. I replaced the rear rotors and pads to keep them all even on that axle. At that time there was about 70,000 miles on my Subaru. 80,000 now. I brought the car to my shop and inspected it. NONE of the lug nuts showed they had been removed recently. And a wheel has to be removed to measure pad wear. I removed the front wheels and pads. The rotors where in excellent shape and the pads had at least .2 inches of material left. Minimum by my shop manual is .0625 inches so I still had at least 3 times the minimum. I measured the rotor thickness and there where also okay. Very disappointed that some one at this shop lied to me to get me ( a senior citizen ) to authorize a complete unneeded brake job. And if they did get authorization would they have then decide the calipers also needed to be replaced? Driving up the coast even more? Lucky for me I have been working on my own vehicles for most of my 70 years and have the tools to do work. Some one with out that knowledge and capability would have been out of a lot of money. While I had the front brake pads out I replaced them early as I had already done the work. $50 for a new set of pads and I could easily have gone another 20,000 miles. I do not run my own repair shop. I have farmed and been in agriculture most of my life and did a lot of my own mechanical work. Beware. Some one at this dealer will lie to you to get more work/your money. Run away fast. In my opinion PS. I can not see anything wrong with the air bag replacement. I just hope it was replaced.

I have been attempting all avenues of resolution as it has been almost two months (my truck was towed to the dealer on 12/15) and there has been none from the dealership. The truck was supposed to be repaired under the dealer warranty per the conversation the finance manager said he had with the GM on 12/26 @10:03AM and here we are in February with no communication and no repairs. I am wanting to reach a resolution and keep trying different avenues to do this. I would like for the dealership to honor what they have stated, but I also want and need my vehicle back in good working order and condition. Received this from them on the BBB complaint, after I have been working with the GM and am awaiting the return of my truck "MESSAGE FROM THE BUSINESS: There is nothing else to day; said it all in our response. This customer is unreasonable and nothing we day or do will satisfy them! " so what is really going on here?

They sold me a warranty they didn't understand, lied about starting the ceramic coating just 30 minutes after (which was complete BS--they took 2 months to send me the title), and dragged the nightmare on for 3 months. Avoid these clowns or get burned. AVOID SALES MANAGER RICH JEREZ AT ALL COSTS!!!! -- he doesn't know what he's selling. When I pointed out the hood damage, they refused to work with me on price and only offered a cheap paint pen to "fix" the damage. Every professional I spoke to said the entire hood would need repainting to fix it properly, which would be around $500. On top of that, I bought an extended warranty sold to me as a 6-year, 100k-mile bumper-to-bumper. The sales manager didn't even know the details -- turns out it was only 4.5 years and 93k miles. They don't know what they're selling, and they don't care. I changed my mind about the ceramic coating within 30 minutes, but the sales manager lied outright when he said they had already started it. The real joke? They took two whole months to send me the title. The ceramic coating was never started on time, and when it was finally done, it was garbage -- sloppy and unprofessional. The whole nightmare lasted THREE MONTHS after the sale. Avoid the sales manager RICH JEREZ at all costs -- he doesn't know what he's selling. Don't be fooled by their friendly attitudes or the 4.9-star reviews they probably paid for. Wills Toyota is a sleazy car dealership that will lie to your face, waste your time, and leave you frustrated. Save yourself the headache and run far, far away.

I live in MT and have purchased all of my vehicles out of state for the past 8-10 years with no major hiccups. I called before I arrived to make sure all was in order. The saleswoman told me the car was ready for me. When I saw the Denali it was nicely washed on the outside, but the inside was filthy. Had not been cleaned. Also all of accessories that were stored in the rear cargo area were missing. Never did get them from the dealership. I will say though the paper signing went very smoothly. As I was leaving the lot I noticed that the gas tank was completely empty and showed only 37 miles left. They had to fill it up for me. Said they had forgot. I left the lot and half way home I attempted to wash the front window only to see the red notice on the the instrument panel say to add wash fluid. Unbelievable!!! I had to stop and purchase a gallon. Then when I arrived back in MT I discovered that the saleswoman had given me the wrong spare key. She said the next day that they found the correct one and would send it to me. Honestly folks you can't make this up. Very sloppy and those responsible really dropped the ball. Their numerous apologies met deaf ears. I guess when Rob Green says when you buy their vehicle "as is" they really mean it!!!!!! Needless to say I am done with this GMC dealership for my future purchases of GMC trucks and SUVs. I am responding to the generic response from the sales manager. I did finally receive the spare key and mailed back the wrong key. What about sending me all of the missing accessories from the rear cargo area. Also the operating and maintenance manuals were not in the glove compartment. I am sure that I will just get another generic response. So much for treating customers properly!!!!
