I was looking for a payment plan or settlement that included dismissal of this suit. I understand the representation was limited in scope & the attorney stated more than once the $796 I paid him was nothing & other firms would cost double for this but not to the point where there was zero effort in an attempt to negotiate which by the way per the retainer does include negotiating. Regardless of the back story the end result was this firm who was supposed to be representing me and my interests to some extent was pushing me on July 7th to sign a Stipulated Judgment on a case that had been dismissed on July 2nd. That's an enormous mistake.
