I wouldn't even give a star, my husband bought a car there 2 years ago and we couldn't make three…read morepayments since husband lost his job, I called them this morning to make a payment and couldnt because he needed to give me permission signing a paper or wathever first. I was worried and tried so hard finding a way to get the money to prevent a re-posesión of the vehicle and when my husband got to his job site the vehicle wasn't there anymore. They checked the cameras and by the time they did this almost 6 hours past since my call to them where they refused to accept my payment. Everyone think this is wrong!!! Plus their cars don't last and have many mechanical issues and don't even bother with the warranty! that doesn't cover for none!! also customer service is horrible!!!

No stars at all. Shady business with horrible customer service. I went to lease a vehicle with…read moreGANAS YA ON 5/4/2020, with a trade in of a fully paid off 2009 DODGE CHALLENGER. First off its August I still have not received my hard plates or tags. Secondly I was harassed into trading in my vehicle communication at the time seemed as if they were a reliable company and willing to put me and MY FAMILY in a safe vehicle. Matthew called and texted me every day for two weeks saying he would have something within my requirements to bring in my CHALLENGER for trade, I expressed to him that I needed a vehicle 2015 or newer with preferably less than 80k, upon arrival everything he showed me WAS NOT THAT, it was either older or over 100k or both, I stated I would then like to take my business elsewhere. Matthew then lead me to the back lot showing me 3 additional vehicles "that were recieving maintenance and cleaning " among those three was the 2016 DODGE JOURNEY SXT. He informed me everything will be done to this vehicle to have it legal and road ready to return in about a week, he also told me it would have went through the entire point inspection. So unfortunately against my better judgment I went along with purchasing the vehicle. Third they took my CHALLENGER for trade we signed paperwork and did the test drive with Matthew in the vehicle while driving, the vehicles alignment and brakes were poor. He directed me and my wife to go to a company the following day that they work with to have this fixed. We arrived at MARTIN TIRE COMPANY they put the car on a lift we waited for 1hour and 30minutes they brought the car back down and said there were no sounds of squeaking from brakes at 60mph and they fixed the alignment. Upon leaving MARTIN TIRE COMPANY exiting the parking lot the brakes continued to make noise, my wife informed the desk attendant and they said they would and that we should get into contact with YOLANDA also a worker at GANAS YA who oversees these issue. Needless to say both Matthew and Yolanda were completely unobtainable to get on the phone to resolve these matters. Forth issue, I have the CARFAX APP on my phone I entered in the information for the vehicle 2016 DODGE JOURNEY SXT and it has two recalls, me and my wife nonstop tried to get in contact with Dodge Dealership unfortunately with the Covid19 the phone system requires you to leave a message and they will return your call to help assist with the issues, we never received a phone call back so again we called and left numerous voicemails on Yolanda's extension, no call back. She finally returned a phone call in early July stating she couldn't do anything for another two weeks mind you the 3months maintenance and service warranty is up at this time I stressed and told her that they purposely let the time lapse so they would not be responsible for the "maintenance " they claimed they would do she said she would try to get me pushed through DODGE DEALERSHIP since she works at GANAS it might speed up the process, nothing no call back no text messages not a single response. Fifth issue I called july 5th to have my payment for JULY deferred until August because me and my family were relocating to Oklahoma, the rep on the phone said this is fine there would be no issue that she would put it in my notes o the account that I will be making TWO PAYMENTS ON THE VEHICLE IN AUGUST FOR JULY AND AUGUST. August 10th or so my vehicle is lifted up in a bed of a tow truck for repossession for non-payment. I get a hold of TRICOLOR AUTO COMPANY they then inform me that NO NOTES were placed on my account also that NO POINT INSPECTION WAS DINE ON THIS VEHICLE, that it was dated for that service June 13th, I never received phone calls nor text nor email, and that I could've recieved my plates and tags back then if it was done. TRICOLOR then tries to tell me I can pay for the inspection and be reimbursed, which is completely outrageous and unreasonable, I stated I need a ready family vehicle God forbid me and my family were in an accident and airbags or safety features did not work properly or they malfunctioned because the vehicle was not inspected as I was told it was. These TWO companies GANAS YA AND TRICOLOR AUTO have extremely poor practices and customer handling, they do not honor safety and the word they put with the vehicle. My car was taken from me in a time of a pandemic and they have failed to do anything on their end as a honorable dealership. 0 Stars and immediate business inspection needs to be done with both these companies. The headache does not stop there. I received a piece of mail dated Aug 19th, the first piece of mail I ever received from TRICOLOR telling me that they would repossess my vehicle, mind you this is after they already had my vehicle and towed it to TX while I'm in Oklahoma. I and my wife spoke with Vanessa from TRICOLOR on AUGUST 13TH up until the 15th regarding the matter in which how to get the vehicle out of impound we paid

I did a car fax check and it was owned by a rental car company (different Car Fax from the one they gave us) They said they changed the oil, they did not. We had to pay 300 to have it changed. Also the Car Fax that they gave us said there wasn't a recall on it, when we had the oil changed we were told there was a recall. When we picked it up someone had dented the back bumper, it wasn't like that when we walked the truck, they tried to say we did it (it's funny they have a pole on their property that fits the dent perfectly). They told us they would be putting a half tank of fuel and top off the DEF for us before we picked it up and when we picked it up the fuel light was flashing and the DEF was at half. We called 5 times regarding these issues, only to be blown off by the sales manager and Jonathan the sales man. They stopped taking our calls and would not return our voicemail messages. When we signed the papers there was an owners manual in the glove box and it disappeared along with the wheel lock, the salesman, Johnathan saw both of them because my wife pointed them out on the test drive . So, if you're thinking of going to this dealership to purchase a vehicle, I would recommend you go somewhere else. Once they have your money they will do whatever they want and lie about it. Do not trust anything they say, save yourself and your hard earned money and go elsewhere. Rick and Karen S
