I've used this office for two years and am honestly shocked to realize how fraudulent this business is. I was adamant about hiring a CPA because I had issues with a non professional in the past. Jugdeep knew this, yet he misrepresented himself, I've since confirmed he does NOT have a CPA license by a quick license lookup. Until recently, he was pleasant, I even posted him on TikTok and brought him clientele in the past. I moved out of the country last August, he knew this, his attitude recently turned VERY nasty. After giving me the run around and asking for more documents (which I sent immediately), he completely snapped. He told me to send someone in my place to come sign my papers, when I tried to coordinate a time for someone to sign, he told me verbatim: "I don't want to do your taxes. Find someone else. Your taxes are a mess." Like why would you tell me to have someone sign and then tell me you're busy on the day I said I can send someone, and then tell me you don't want to do them? He waited until the literal day before my taxes were due to bail, knowing I was out of the country. A real professional would never desert a client like that. I am very pleasant and respectful, so because you don't know how to do my taxes because you're not a real cpa, you decided to be nasty with me? How mature. There were major red flags I should have listened to: He gives clients business cards with flash drives and insists we don't use email because it "leaves a trail." My business is 100% legit, so this is a huge red flag for illegal activity. Secondly, I was audited last year, and the numbers never made sense. I now believe he was the cause. I've dealt with a fraudulent tax preparer before who actually ended up in prison for fraud, this experience feels exactly the same. I am reporting him to the IRS OPR and the New York OPR. I dodged a bullet by looking into him, but please, save yourself the trouble and go to a real professional. Judging by his responses to all the negative comments I'm sure he will deflect and somehow turn this on me which is fine, I was 100% honest with this review. You can deflect your business practices to the law, I genuinely would have never went to him had I read the negative reviews. read more

These guys are freaking amazing. Real CPA's make all the difference. Chami and his team saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in tax payment. How you ask? Knowledge. The entire office has such an expansive knowledge of all things income tax. I work 1099 and Chami helped me expense the correct items for maximum deduction. When i say with him, he told me straight up "you messed up man, but im here to help." Dont worry about the specifics of what I did. Just know that he helped me feel comfortable and got me through it. If you are self employed, work in the TLC taxi or FHV of NYC, this guy knows his stuff. And for all the people wondering, NO, it's not $60 to file like TurboTax or HRBlock. But keep in mind....
