After being told it may take up to 3 months for it to show on our credit report, we waited and waited. Finally at the 3 month mark- we began to apply for credit cards and were denied for all of them! Seeing previous post I know I am not alone when it comes to credit repair solutions acting very concerned in the beginning and once you have paid they slowly stop communicating. This is very stressful for various reasons first of I'm paying for the service it's nowhere near cheap, second it involves my credit which I want to be involved in and of course if I have questions I would like them answered. On several occasions I have called, left voicemails, sent text messages regarding questions and I have been left without and response. BUT WAIT when it's time for a payment they will email you first thing in the morning, follow up with a "friendly caring" text message and then once payment is complete they go back into hiding. My husband was next to work with them but heck no no way will I be referring anyone to credit repair solutions. I've been working with them almost four months during the pandemic so as you can imagine I am very frustrated that with these troubling money times I decided to work with them and receive some help and was treated with horrible customer service I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their professionalism, customer service, response time. The response received by Rolondo beautifully encapsulates this company's practice of deflecting all blame and denying any culpability. Statement #1: "we were only disputing 3 items so I don't know why you would mention we were attempting to remove accounts not discussed" Fact: They were supposed to focus on 3 items but instead, according to their own "status portal", they attempted to dispute 33 items over the 3 reporting agencies, including totally legitimate items. I have the screen captures and the paper reports, I'm not making this up. Statement #2: "your results are 81 days past due" Fact: Here the blame game shines brightest. I have the email showing that the last time I sent in result letters from the credit report companies was Feb 28th. This company has an automated letter that goes out to the customers when THEY think they should have received a response from the credit companies. Rolondo doesn't seem to grasp that the credit agencies and mail services don't work on his schedule. Therefore everyone is "always late" in sending in their results. One credit report company has stopped sending results altogether, so this last time I waited a bit longer to see if it would come. I received confirmation on Mar 1 that the 2 letters were received from Naftalye. At that time she stated: "I have put your results in line to process". Nothing was processed or done to my account since December 2018. Again, your own portal shows all activity. I never received any further results, there is nothing to send! Statement 3: "we apologize if we cared enough to send you educational material which you could benefit from." Fact: So glad you "cared enough" to text me incessantly without permission. I can hear the tiny violins from here. (UPDATE 5/30/19: I'm still getting spam texts at my number!!!) Statement 4: "I do not have any record of you calling my office or sending us an email asking us why your scores dropped." Fact: You don't? Well that's convenient, because I'm looking right at it. Try checking your email from Feb 28th, you were cc:ed on the entire conversation. Regardless, the score dropped right after you got one of my credit cards cancelled because you created chaos by trying to dispute numerous items that did not need to be messed with. I worked with Credit Repair Solutions to improve my credit score (my realtor referred them) in order to get a better rate on a mortgage. The experience has been really bad and I did not see any improvement in my credit after providing all of my personal information and my login info for Credit Karma as they requested. I no longer trust this business as they do not seem reputable. I was told that they have a refund policy but I have been unable to get my $595 back after 9 months with no change in my credit or action on their part. I have called and texted multiple times but have not been allowed to speak to Rolando or someone with the authority to resolve my problem. I would not recommend this service. read more

Stay away! I went to Credit Repair Solutions (CRS) to try and fix my credit. I paid $700, so I can get help. I should've just used that money to pay my debt. CRS will TRY and remove delinquent accounts from your credit report, but that does not change the fact that you still owe the debt. After a year of using their service I called to check the status of my credit, I was told that I had to pay an extra $200 and nothing had been done to improve my credit report. Went to get some assistance on taking late payments off of mine & my husbands reports after a year they only took off 3 late payments. Was confidant in the beginning but lost that when my credit reports still showed no progress & my name was changed to my husbands middle name lol. Crazy. The worst service I've had and the most expensive of all, hire the service of Rolando Castro to help raise the credit of my husband to 640 points to qualify for the CALFHA, at first the man very kind and giving us all the hopes, We were in escrow and my husband had a credit of 634 points. when we spoke with Rolando he made us feel very confident, he said that it was easy to get up to 640 minimum, we paid $ 1100 dollars to do it, a week passed and we did not hear from him, this happened in December, we call him and he did not answer, We left messages and texts and did not respond, after two weeks and close to escrow we were able to locate him, to top it all he asked us again for my husband's information, social security, name, job information, etc. information that had already been provided to him the day we hired him. the seller of the house asked us to sign the paper that stopped the check that was given to the escrow, we signed that paper and there would be no refund of the money, which rolando assure us that there would be no problem, we signed it, a check of $ 2500 dlls plus the inspection of $ 500 dlls as part of the deposit, the house was our dream, it was exactly the house we wanted, location, price, distribution, had everything. We had to request an extension of one more week because as I said earlier, Rolando was not doing his job. In the end we lost the house $ 3000 dollars and after 6 months I kept trying to communicate with Rolando and just do not answer texts, or calls, stop doing it and a week ago I called him to return at least the money I paid him and He asked me to send him the credit report of my husband, so I did it having to pay to obtain it and again he refuses to answer. please do not trust this man, it is a fraud and puts God in front to gain confidence.
