To let him know we were going to be late. We were relieved and assured to know that our tardiness wasn't going to hinder the experience. We met with J.P., he gave us the tour of the place and then we got down to the brass tacks of why we came. Great place! Not knowing what to expect, I kept an open mind as to the experience J.P. Was very informative and made it appealing to absorb the detailed information not only related to the experience but also responsible second amendment responsibilities. J.P. Provided the training and offered additional training options for future endeavors. This is probably the ultimate gaming experience with real life adaptations. You are provided with an environment and an experience of threats that in real life we want to avoid. However unless you are a hermit or blind to the obvious, the risk is real every day that you are in a public arena. With this training you Know how to act and what to do when application of deadly force is required. When the train evolution is completed, you can target shoot and have some light hearted fun and or compete with friend and family popping balloons or wiping out zombies. I came in expecting to be bored sitting on my phone the entire course but this was not the case. Adam is a great instructor, very informative, detailed and fun. The class was very immersive. Great class for beginner, he goes through all details of scenarios when to and when not to exercise your right to defend yourself with deadly force. He will answer all questions and no judgements are made if you are a complete beginner to firearms. you will qualify on your shooting accuracy during the first day, the range is not far from the class at all. You will qualify at the end of the first day class, everyone will pass with the information taught. I have taken a 16 course 5 years ago and all they showed was boring NRA videos and not much information on when to and when to not use your firearm. Adam spoke the entire course with power slide, it was not boring and you will learn life saving information and also information to prevent putting yourself into trouble with the law. You will Learn basic firearm function, grip, fundamental, maintenance, amongst many other important factors of carrying a firearm. I learned so much from Adam the instructor that I encourage everyone to take this 16 hours class. You think you know everything about guns wait until you take this 16 hours class and find out you don't know s.,..t . Adam is true to form really charismatic,smart and really smart at this,he is courteous, respectful and very helpful especially at the gun range he took everyone individually at the gun range to make sure we passed the shooting range. Adam is very knowledgeable about all kinds of guns you can think of,he can break any gun down and tell you the different parts of the gun, he's funny, encourage everyone to participate in the class,I carry a Glock 43 I found out really quick that not only I didn't know the parts but I have been been cleaning it the wrong way which Adam explained it all. When we asked about a membership, we were rudely told we would have to pay for multiple fees plus the membership ($114 + $50), with no clear explanation. Despite this, we decided to stay and shoot. Later, we asked another employee about the membership, and he took the time to explain it thoroughly and encouraged us to sign up. He then asked another employee to help us with the signup and refund what we had been incorrectly charged. That employee was polite and genuinely tried to help, even asking for assistance from the GM. Unfortunately, instead of being helped, another employee stepped in with an attitude and stated that the membership cost was non-negotiable and that we would still be paying essentially the same amount, minus $5.41. He spoke as if we weren't even standing there. Shortly after, another employee joined with the same dismissive attitude and offered no help. We thanked the one employee who was kind and professional but ultimately decided not to sign up for the membership. I did not appreciate the negative attitudes and unwelcoming environment created by the majority of the staff. If this is how new customers are treated, we will not be returning and will be sharing our experience with others

I am…read moreglad I finally went through with it as it is becoming more and more apparent how violent and strange the world has become ever since 2020. I already had a FOID card but knew I also needed to go through with a conceal carry class. I really like Waren Develle's way of teaching this class. He really interacted with the class, telling us about real life examples, teaching us what is required by law but also extra tips he has. As a result of his tips on how to become a good shooter, all of the members in my class has no misses with the exception of those who had either an ammunition or firearm malfunction. Develle also has a funny, down to earth, and easy character about him that makes it easy to connect with his students. Once we got to shoot for the first time, I know what it feels like to hold and shoot a firearm and feel much better having this experience. I found shooting to be fun and would pursue more knowledge in firearms training as well as gain more experience in shooting. I am looking to purchase my own gun in the future along with all the recommended accessories the instructor has recommended. I highly recommend taking a CCL class as the more we know about firearms the better and the safer we can keep our communities and neighborhoods. I believe in preparedness and in being responsible for our own lives and in being part of a healthy yet strong community.

The Class is completely FREE of charge, do not assume that the initial price paid will include the fee for the Concealed license, that fee is a additional $153.38 once you have finished the course and applied online. The shooting range is not in this establishment you have to go to another location for that part of the course. The instructor Mr. Devell is extremely knowledgeable in his task and he will make sure that when you leave his class you are as well. Mr. Devell can also be a bit condescending and can in my opinion use better peoples skills. Mr Devell also uses a lot of profanity during his class and does not take inconsideration the respect for Seniors. The classes never started on time and it was a lot of valuable information to cover. Is a bit unorganized as is only Mr. Devell teaching but also trying to multitask everything else so expect long wait lines for signatures and photos. The establishment is clean and the staff is very helpful. Did we learn? Yes Would I recommend someone to go? I would with a fair warning of all the things I mentioned before. We also decided to make a purchase and Ricardo Rodriguez was very helpful in answering all of questions and helping us with the online application process for the license.
