I have written previous reviews about the added features that new management have initiated in the community. Which were excellent and needed upgrades. Mainteance responds quickly to address issues in the apartments. As previously stated a quiet, safe( new lighting in parking lot), new security door, walkways are always shoveled and salted early in the morning even through the artic cold spell we had in Dec. I want to especially acknowledge the mainteance team at Creekside for always being professional and curteous. I had experienced some heating issues on Dec. 22 and over the holidays--of course --during the artic blast. I was not the happiest person and not the nicest to the mainteance crew who were doing their best to correct the heating issues. But they always remained curteous / professional as well as management towards me and did resolve the heating issues in the apartment. To me as a renter this says alot about the personel of this apartment community. THEY REALLY DO CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS AND PROVIDE GREAT SERVICE DURING TRYING TIMES. This is truly a great community to live in because of the professionalism/courtesy of management/mainteance team. read more

Just wanted to let everyone know if your thinking of renting at the Creekside apartments that this place is super clean and have the friendliness staff. Michele and Cecilia are the greatest girls up front to answer any questions you might have. If you have issues the maintenance guys are fast and efficient. They get the job done. You can count on losing some or all of your deposit. We signed a 6 month lease but actually only lived in the apartment for 4 months, due to job relocation. We had a small dog and an infant child. Having a pet required another seperate non refundable pet deposit. After paying our final rent we received our deposit, short $75 for carpet cleaning fee. This is absolutely crazy! Not only was every room in our apt. covered with either furniture or a large area rug but we also took our shoes off at the door. There was not one spot nor stain on the carpet, nor was there ever an accident from our pet. I understand that carpets should be cleaned between tenants, but wouldn't that come from the pet deposit, especially if the carpet looked as if no one had ever lived there. Very disappointed, large complexes will almost always find any loop hole to keep any and all extra money. read more

Complete dump of an apartment complex. Garbage everywhere!!! Parking lots an absolute mess. Grass was long and covered with weeds. Carpets were filthy, apartment stuck of garbage. Missing floor tiles. Then they have breed restrictions on dogs. Sorry but my 6 month old German Shepherd is 100 times less likely to bite someone than the lady who was walking two little Chihuahuas who immediately lunged at me and bit my shoe lol. Stay clear of this shithole. read more

When I moved in here, I couldn't use my balcony due to two birds nests and a bees nest. Eventually they were cleared off and the bird poop as well after I reminded them. Then the kitchen tile started coming up and it took almost a month to get new flooring...with little to know update on what was going on. After two weeks of the tile sticking to my feet from the glue they used to "fix" it, I went down and let them know how annoyed I was. I finally got new kitchen and bathroom floor, of course they had to take out all appliances and toilets and disturbed my whole day. There were 5 months or so of construction as they replaced the brick on all the buildings due to mold and I watched them gut an entire apartment due to said reason. The buildings used to be cleaned weekly and the fresh sent of cleanliness filled the hallways, that has stopped I've seen the same clump of brown rotted food on the stairs for 3 weeks now and the hallway smells of weed daily. The cleaning has stopped. They recently remodeled the office though with new furniture and paint and art. The fire alarms go off every single time you cook. I live on the top floor and it's literally like a sauna and costs me nearly 200 dollars a month in electricity to keep it even a little comfortable but still too hot. No elevators to help carry up heavy furniture upon move in. I'm a single mom of two beautiful girls, It took me four years of school and great sacrifices to get to the point of living on my own, I chose this place to start new. I have paid rent on time and I'm even ahead on rent now (and always) and here we are being thrown out on our butts! I asked them two months ago if rent was going to go up, as my contract (for work)ended and I found another job being payed a lot less and although I was making ends meet any more on rent would bring on a lot more stress. They gave me a not answer "you know it depends on....blah blah blah...I can't tell you really". Here I am with a notice in my hand that it's going up and if I don't let them know in writing 45 days before the end of my lease that I'm moving out I have to pay 1400 dollars to cover the cost of rent for the months it takes them to rent out my apartment. They gave me a 7 day notice!!! 7 days!!! Now I have to solidify an apartment in seven days cause if I give them a notice and I don't find a place and I retract I'm sure they'll charge me for that too. I'm a single mom trying to create a stable home for my girls and they do this!!! I can't believe people are willing to do this to others and can sleep at night. read more
