I asked what he had found and the man said that there were tree roots in our pipes, and that he had gotten out "quite a bit". There was nothing on the ground next to him except for a handful of small roots. When I asked where the rest were, he said that he had "thrown all of those way in the garbage can". I then looked in the can, and it was empty! We thought all would be fine, and after paying $200, we hoped it would be. Then 4 days ago, we found sewage again! We called Eubanks, left a message, and after 48 hours, still no return call. Take your business elsewhere. We called Hamende Sewer instead and they came to find massive tree roots in the pipe that they correctly removed!

Sharp looking black rig. Don Smith might be the funniest and most knowledgeable septic tank cleaner on the planet. He's got a MS in BS or so he says. He didn't have his diploma on him but I believe him. I now know more than I ever wanted to about my septic system and had fun learning about it. Getting turds sucked out of your yard shouldn't be this much fun, but Don makes it that way.

This company completed extensive work at our home, and during the project, my husband had concerns…read moreabout billing and documentation. Certain charges shown on their iPad did not match the work that was actually done, and when we asked for clarification, we did not receive an honest response. We found that invoices were altered after the fact, with hidden or unexplained charges added. Moreover, after agreeing to work, we realized that the owner and staff did not obtain the required permits for some of the work, and the company acted like that is not an issue. The company has had good reviews, which we used to select them, but we now know that they are starting to go bad and are finding ways to take advantage of hardworking people. They talked about reviews all of the time, and we now know that they push people to write good reviews. Look more closely and beware because they will seduce you with smiles and tons of details on invoices. Make sure that they follow the rules, check everything, and verify that all required permits are properly filed before work begins. Be careful of the salespeople that they use to push you to take your money and break the law. This is not acceptable in our small town or even in our country.

Have used them for several years in the past at my commercial building for large and small project…read morewith good results. Called them out for a pipe that would block up after a few weeks and after video of pipe I was told it was holding water in a section of pipe that needed replacement. After being quoted over $4000 for the inspection and repair they broke out the concrete floor in the wrong unit, moved to the correct unit and removed a small piece of concrete and replaced a 9 inch piece of pipe. Total time to complete the whole job was 3 hours including a hardware store run. Broke the drywall wall in the area and made no mention of it. Two weeks later the tenant called and said sewers were backed up again. Able declined to come out as it was a weekend so we had another company come rod and camera inspect the pipe. The was clear that water is still holding right a the repair site. I called and spoke to the owner of Able who had every excuse in the book including the "pipe is rusty" and its a "different area"(which is untrue). If the pipe is rusted why did you charge 4k to remove 9inches of it and no mention was made rust. This used to be a company with some integrity but is now a cash grab with no effort or intention of standing behind their work.
