The Paramount team did an A-one job in satisfying an experienced painter (retired) who is also a perfectionist when it comes to maintaining his large home. Jody was thorough and fair in developing a plan that considered all of the details needed to do this exterior job which has lots of cedar siding, trim and windows. Some of the guys are nice guys but I def would not bother or recommend with this company. I do a lot of work myself, I know how long a job takes and what the clean up and a finished product looks like that is done professionally and with skill. That is not them. Months later I'm STILL cleaning paint off the floor,switches etc ...repainting there lines and putting actual straight line down. Told them to paint the trim before it went up to avoid cutting in and no one cuts in as well as new trim, " No we can cut it In" and it turned out like a 7 out of 10 on their best lines. You paint window trim and still can't razor blade off your mistakes and make it look "Paramount" before you leave the job? that tells you all need to know. read more

They painted my cabinets white maybe about two years ago (or less) and they are awful! They came back twice to touch up, but the paint just keeps peeling off. Anywhere we touch it too much it became gummy and looks disgusting. read more

I had Paramount Painting in Crown point come and paint a few ceilings in our home. I looked at the ceilings before they left and everything looked okay. I starting looking at walls very shortly after they left and seen globs of paint drips on my walls (in many places), and drips on furniture and refrigerator. I texted pictures and called Jody right away. He said they would come back another day and fix. I asked him for them to come back right away the same day to remove all the paint because I was affaird of leaving stains on the walls. He said they can't and assured me there would be no staining. Well they came back another day and guess what, everywhere where the paint drips where I have shadow stains on my walls. Told him I don't want anymore damage then they already caused and told him I guess I'll have to live with the stains. I then noticed a spot on the ceiling they missed and asked for him personally to come out and patch. He refused and send he will send his guys out it's only just a spot that needs painted. Well it was just ceilings to paint and spots to clean off walls, furniture and refrigerator and they couldn't even get that right so I didn't want them back in our home.
