Beautiful apartments community and amenities absolutely love it here!…read more Staff is so friendly. The community is absolutely gorgeous.

At first glance, LC Mount Juliet is a nice-looking community and surprisingly walkable, which is…read morewhy we chose to live here. Unfortunately, our experience quickly became a nightmare. Shortly after moving in, our apartment was flooded by the unit above us. From that point forward, we dealt with recurring mold/yeast contamination and a cockroach infestation that continued for months despite repeated maintenance requests (We also briefly had a mouse). Maintenance staff turnover made it difficult to get consistent follow-up or accountability. After escalating the issues to regional management, a regional property manager personally toured our unit and still deemed it livable, even while acknowledging that contaminated furniture needed to be discarded. Independent lab testing later identified the substance coming through our HVAC as yeast growth consistent with moisture intrusion from the unresolved flood above our unit. Ultimately, we had to leave the apartment and were still required to pay two additional months of rent. Future residents should keep detailed records outside the resident portal, as our years of documented maintenance requests were later disputed as "not in writing" during our lease dispute. The community itself has potential, but management's handling of serious maintenance and habitability concerns was the worst rental experience I've ever had. I would not recommend LC Mount Juliet or any other Middle Tennessee LC property.

Deerfield was our home previously for 5 years before having to leave due to the Covid-19 Pandemic…read more We have now returned to Deerfield and it was like coming home to family you haven't seen for a while. Tons of smiles and welcoming hugs from familiar faces. After living at the community for 5 years extremely happily, we use it as a baseline for expectations for the other places we lived until returning. Let me talk ya... the team may be strict on certain things and I appreciate it because it makes for a clean and safe community to live in. We rented other luxury apartments in different cities we lived in after leaving Deerfield and the amount of problems, safety concerns and lack luster response from large property management companies, we rushed back to Deerfield at the first opportunity. We have been back now for a few weeks and the level of service and responsiveness is still the high level we are accustomed to from the team. So happy to be back and see big smiles from Nikki, Kim, Joy, plus the new additions to the team have been great. Our dogs do like their new friend Susan!

I lived at Deerfield at Providence for about two and a half years starting in 2020. The community…read moreitself was generally quiet, safe, and pleasant. My concerns were primarily related to my interactions with the management office. About two months before my lease was scheduled to end, I visited the leasing office to let them know that I did not plan to renew. As I remember it, the staff told me they would make a note of it. About a month later, when I followed up, I was informed that I needed to submit written notice and that my move-out date would have to be pushed back. Since I had not provided written notice, I ultimately accepted responsibility for the misunderstanding, although I found the interaction frustrating and felt that the staff could have been more helpful and professional. When I moved out, I thoroughly cleaned the apartment and documented its condition. I also recall receiving documentation indicating that my account balance had been resolved. After 3 years later, I unexpectedly received a notice stating that I owed additional money. Unfortunately, by that time I could no longer locate all of my records and photographs from the move-out process. I disputed the situation as best I could, but I was concerned about the possibility of collections or further legal complications. Because I was focused on preparing for an important examination and wanted to avoid ongoing stress, I chose to pay the amount that was requested. Everyone's experience may be different, but my advice is simple: keep copies of every document, email, receipt, and photo related to your lease and move-out process, and store them for several years after you leave. Based on my experience, having thorough records can be extremely important if questions arise later. I felt it was necessary to update my review. I moved out in January 2023, but I did not receive an email regarding my account until December 2025. The email was apparently sent to another person first, and that person contacted me and forwarded it to me. When I visited the office to ask why I was being contacted nearly three years later and why the email had been sent to someone else, I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, I was told that the matter could be sent to collections if it was not resolved. I found the interaction unprofessional and felt that my concerns were not being addressed. As someone who works in a profession that requires respectful communication, I was disappointed by this experience and do not feel comfortable returning to the office.
