We went there a couple weekends ago for nostalgia sake, because we used to frequent this place when my hb and I were first married, up until I got sick there, and that the was the last time. Now, the place is cleaner, and the food is AWESOME! We went on a Saturday for their dinner buffet and tried everything. It was fresh, cooked perfectly, tasty, and the new owners were very accomodating and friendly, even giving us a discount because they didn't have the buffet up when we first walked in. They asked us to stay and we did, and it was worth it! We will be making this place a new regular and we sincerely hope that these new owners are able to reestablish this place into a new favorite for everyone, for many years to come! Hopefully they will be able to put their new name (which we were told will be "The Golden Bowl") on the restaurant as soon as possible because it must be difficult to start up under such a bad rep under the name of "Win Garden"! My favorite chinese food dishes are fried squid, fried chicken and chop suey, and they were hands down, the best I've ever had! The ginger beef was so tasty and tender, even with my dental issues I was able to eat it. There were a couple of items I would have added to the buffet such as shrimp/prawns, hot and sour soup, and wonton soup, but this was their first opening buffet and I'm sure they had a hard time choosing what items to put out there when they knew the start up would be slow due to not having their new name. Other than that, trust me, you gotta eat here!! We are possibly going back again tonight or next weekend, and we will take pictures to add to this review!

Our last stop in Alberta was visiting the Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller. I searched Chinese restaurants nearby on Yelp and Yang's Hot Pot was in the list. I would give it a try though there was no reviews on this restaurant. I tried to manage my expectations about the food and the service. Surprisingly, they are amazing! We ordered both Hot Pot and Dim Sum. Yumi! The service was great. The restaurant was opened this February. I can tell they are not good at promotions because customers could not get enough information from the Yelp page. I am happy to be the first customer to write a review here for them. They deserve a five-start review. This restaurant will become one of the fondest memories of our trip in Alberta in 2022.
