    Gorgeous wreaths on front doors

Love my new Fall wreaths! I was very impressed with the quality, how it was packed and how quickly it arrived and they smell so good. Highly recommend!

    Fragrant Holiday Wreath...Beautiful.

Beyond my expectations considering it's the holiday season and Christmas is just around the corner. I decided to order a fresh live wreath for the Christmas holiday on December 10, 2018 and searched several websites and read numerous customer reviews on yelp and decided to make my purchase from Creekside Farms because of their website...it told a story of who they are how they came to be and how they got into the wreath making business and how family is the center of it all...great story. So as mentioned I purchased the fragrant holiday wreath with eucalyptus and cedar on December 10, 2018 and received notification via email that my order was received and on December 12, 2018, received another email notification indicating that my order had shipped, along with a FedEx tracking number. On December 14, 2018, I received my wreath. The wreath was packaged very nicely and was secured with plastic attachments to prevent movement of the wreath during shipping...also, I was provided with a nice instruction card on how to care for my wreath and maintain its beauty. The best part of all was opening the box and smelling such freshness from the eucalyptus and cedar and the artistic beauty of the wreath itself...it put warmth in my heart and a smile on my face. Will be buying again from Creekside Farms for Valentine's Day.

Have gone there years for their amazing gift shop. The nostalgic toy area is so fun to look through but all the other things they have in the back room are beautifully displayed and reasonably priced. Very excellent fresh veggies, and other condiments that they have for sale. But the pies are off the Chart. The fruit pies are well worth the 25 or so dollars they cost they're huge. They're deep dish they're fresh the delicious the large size pot pies are amazing but I love it when I can get the miniatures for $7.95 for one. They are just adorable. FYI... no showers, and there are portapotties. But the camping on the ranch is limited to a small number, so it was quiet and peaceful. The ranch is only 15 minutes from the West Entrance to the National Park. We did several long hikes and covered many different trails. If you are going to Pinnacles there are showers and restrooms there that you can use. Our kids also got the experience of feeding all the animals and a great horseback riding lesson. Tim and Michelle were wonderful. We would recommend them and the ranch to everyone.

People are still raving about it months later. Hospitality was outstanding, the Borland family is something else and obviously LOVE what they do and are passionate about teaching and inspiring others. The sunset and stargazing from the Ranch House lawn was EPIC. It is a 10-15 min drive to Pinnacles National Park so many families used the ranch as a base to get to the park early and beat the crowds! We didn't feel like cooking for our group so we had Thyme Catering a local farm to table catering business make dinner for us one night- they catered to folks that were gluten-free, allergic, and were so attentive and most of all delicious! We were provided with a booking link for archery, BB gun lessons, and horseback riding lessons so families could book on their own. The horses were fantastic and well cared for! Also free experiences included helping with animal feeding (There are goats, chickens, a donkey, you name it!), and we got to meet a baby mustang they rescued which was more well behaved than our kids. :) We hired their well-spoken daughter Maddi to teach us a country line dancing lesson and it was a blast!! THANK YOU for providing a unique seriously unforgettable country experience!! It was just 1.5-2 hrs drive from the Bay Area but we felt like we were in another state and another time. We will be back again!

Mixed Results: Elite Runners and Geese, but Caution on Black Muscovy Line…read moreI am a long-time homesteader in West Texas, and I've had a wide range of experiences with Metzer Farms over the last year. While their customer service is responsive, there is a clear divide in breed vitality and some significant website functionality issues. The Standouts (5/5): Runner Ducks & Geese: My Chocolate, Fawn & White, Blue, and Silver Runners are phenomenal. They arrived alert and are incredibly hardy foragers in a semi-arid climate. The French Toulouse and White Chinese goslings are the "bosses" of the flock--robust, fast-growing, and resilient to shipping stress. General Thrivers: I've had 100% success with their Khaki Campbell, Welsh Harlequin, Buff, Silver Appleyard, and Mallard lines. All are healthy with steady growth curves. The Concerns (1-2/5): Black Muscovy Line: I have had a 100% mortality rate with this specific line over two orders. Most recently, a replacement female developed neurological distress and seizures at 2 weeks old despite strict nutritional protocols (VitaMetz and niacin/yeast). A previous male also died prematurely. There appears to be a significant vitality issue or shipping sensitivity specific to the Black Muscovy line that isn't present in their other ducks. Cayuga Vitality: I experienced a "failure to thrive" case with a Cayuga that developed acute wry neck within the first week. Note on Website: I've attempted to leave these as individual product reviews for a week, but the website's submission and contact forms consistently hang and fail to send. Summary: If you stick to their Runners, Geese, or standard Mallard-derived ducks, the quality is world-class. However, I would be very cautious with the Black Muscovy line if you are in a challenging climate.

While we didn't see it listed on the menu board, when my wife asked the order taker, she knew exactly what we wanted and told her that the wait would be 15 minutes as they made them to order. OMG, it was beautiful! Loaded with fresh strawberries and just enough glaze to bind it, the glaze did not overwhelm the taste of the strawberries. You can't really slice it as created. Instead, you pick off some of the fruit on top until it's down to a manageable height and then we use a large spoon to parse it out. Whipped cream? Ice cream? Both would be excellent accompaniments to be sure, but we used neither.
