We used Creekside Homes to Design and build our new home. The folks at Creekside handled everything from start to finish. Their team was terrific and everything went fairly smoothly. Andrew and Christine were great and easy to work with, they provided great communication through project completion. Any issues that came up were handled quickly and fairly and we found everyone there to be very responsive with any questions we had. We are very happy with our beautiful new home! read more

I've been in the business world for 20 years, and I can say that Creekside sets its standards very high and is more interested in its clients' welfare than their own bank accounts. I would have them build a second for me. I built a stunning two-story, 3000-square-foot lakefront home, and it was delivered perfectly. Kevin has followed up for the past six months on every single issue we have cited that needed attention. They have fixed everything with a joyful attitude and never once complained about coming back numerous times. read more

Had a new home built in the midst of COVID. Crazy: shipping delays, backordered items for months, damaged items that had to be re-selected because no longer available, but Creekside (Andrew, Isaac, Jana) handled it all beautifully. Honest, fair, real people that a woman with no construction experience can work with. Excited to do it all again in the future. read more

We added a full master suite (490 sq ft) over garage, entire house re-floored and a 10 x10 patio cover attached to house. Andrew and his team listened to our ideas and made a design that suited our needs. Planning stage, he went step by step and made sure we understood and were comfortable with plans before construction started so no changes were needed. What I liked the most, Andrew was the point of contact and I did not have to deal with any other sub contractors. Andrew was available when we had questions and then always followed up in a timely manner. Andrew and his team were always professional and polite. Our house was completed in Sept of 2019 and we are really enjoying this new addition. Andrew has been in contact with us well after completion to see how things are going or just to say "Hi". Hired Creekside to do a major remodel of our kitchen. Price was not cheap, but fair. The company was very easy to work with. Mindy, the designer, was particularly great. No add on costs during the project, even when they ran into unexpected problems. And the remodel turned out great. The reason for the 4 star vs a 5 star rating was the project took significantly longer to complete than was estimated. But will definitely use them again. read more
