No problem.. we called one week before arrival to verify ADA ROOM. No answers, no response to messages or emails. Finally get a human night before arrival date and gal tells us we don't have an ADA ROOM because it's not in the block of rooms reserved. Why would that matter??? We reserved the room long before the date. It's our policy she says. However no one told us when we reserved the room and no one bothered to call us. Then when we try to cancel they will not refund our money!!! We need a ADA ROOM, they did not serve us as a paying customer and we should not have been charged. Best Western do better. Hotels in general need to do better to accommodate those who need ADA ROOM. One room per hotel is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

During our trip, we met many wonderful people, but these three stood out above everyone else. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They consistently went above and beyond and always greeted us with a smile. Comfort Inn deserves tremendous credit for having such exceptional employees. The water was hot and our room ac worked great! There's blackout blinds so you can go to sleep whenever you need. There's a coffee maker in the room, a microwave and fridge. At the reception area they have a pantry if you want to buy overpriced food items. For instance, a can of Pepsi was $3. The pool and spa was refreshing and clean. Fortunately, we were able to find another hotel last minute that welcomed us without issue. This experience was not only unprofessional but also discriminatory towards veterans with disabilities. Parking was plentiful at the front of the hotel. As we entered the lobby Sara immediately greeted us with a smile. The lobby was very spacious and inviting as we entered with sofas to the left and tables and chairs to the right. Our room, #307, was clean, spacious and comfortable. It faced the front of the hotel so we were able to see the 1880 train come and go when we were in the room. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast for their guests! Coffee was available in the lobby all day and night. The staff at this hotel were amazing! Not once did I see a staff member hesitate when it came to helping us or another customer.
