How disrespectful to their own park and own butterfly garden that the fellows are working so hard on. Now that summer camp is starting, the park is probably going to be completely trashed. If you walk down to the trail, there's a garbage pile of compost and eggshells, avocado seeds, plastic scattered all over the trees. The unleashed dogs are a problem and i have to go in the office to tell them to speak with the dog owners. Its only a matter of time before something bad happens w the unleashed dogs. Im extremely disappointed in the new staff here.

I…read morewas feeling depressed about not seeing or speaking to my daughter, my cars engine is broken and will cost me 5000, and not being able to go to class this week because of my situation! I told myself I will take the bus and come to see Mother Nature. While I was on my fast in January I booked marked these stair here so god spoke to me today and so I went. I needed to see the green, get fresh air and just get back into my own zone because of the funk I've been in. Being here help me think of good times I've been to stairs, or on a trails I've been on. People I've gone on hikes with or even loved ones for their first time. The views got me out of my own mind and really gave me clarity of where I should be and where I'm heading. God reveals all and have me see things which I appreciate the good and the bad. And it really shows me I need to be where I need to be. I am willing to take more adventures soon with the bus and just humbling myself as a post I posted on social media about me remaining with an open heart to see what life has to offer now. There are 2 picnic tables and 2 swings. The grass is on a mound riddled with gophers, so it's not a good spot for a picnic blanket setup. There is no parking lot. All street parking.

My son loves the slides and the steering wheels. Watch out for the hand crank/spinning thing. I've seen many kids get whacked in the face when playing there. At any park I've been to with those they have been a total hazard. They have some benches along the outside of the play area for people to sit. Only two swings! I wish there were more and they ones they do have are directly in the sun. The other half of the park is kind of empty, with just a few picnic benches and a flat concrete area. It would be awesome if they had even more picnic benches or even added more play structures. The park itself is pretty small. It is never super crowded when I go because it's kind of tucked away, but if there are more than a dozen kids it feels a little chaotic. Always clean though! Plenty of street parking is available.
