I love their coffee. I always order El Beso y El Guero. They are a little bit on the sweater side, but you can always order it less sweat and it is always good. Service can be a little bit more friendly, but I don't really mind. The ambiance is very nice and they have a couch now, which is very comfortable. read more

A quick stop on my drive from LA to San Fran. Needed a pick me up cup of caffeine and this place did the trick. Great location with easy parking. It was pretty big inside and there were a lot of tables and chairs for lounging or working while you enjoy your drink. I have been coming to this place ever since they've been open. I tend to come in here for either breakfast or to study. Even when they are busy they always greet me with a smile and give me a delicious coffee. As a barista at Dutch Bros, I love coming to see them because they always want to know how my day is. I have gone to this place so often that sometimes when my funds are low and I cannot pay for my coffee they still make it for me and tell me to pay them later. Which obviously I do. I want to start by saying that the pros outweigh the cons! So delighted to see this lovely place pop up in Newman. Pros: -Beautiful atmosphere and decor -Delicious beverages -Yummy foods Cons: -This shop ALWAYS smells like cleaner! And not just a faint aroma - it's so strong that it overpowers the taste of the coffee, and I'm not exaggerating. Other people I've talked to have experienced the same thing, and because of this we all typically take our coffee to go. A shame, since it's so nice inside the shop! Though this cafe is in Newman, I love coming here. Ive already been here twice and have not been disappointed. The lavender latte and el güero have been what ive ordered personally and they both were delicious. The sip if the mazapan ive had was really good too. They also have maracuya refreshers which is always a nice treat if you dont want caffeine AND they even have the maracuya seeds in the refresher which is a plus! The baristas were friendly and polite and the wait is short even when its a cafe full of people. We came over the weekend because Santa came to visit and we were able to get a photo with Santa. One tries to support local businesses, but this place in particular needs to learn how to greet customers. No smile, no "how are you", "hows your day going". I thought it was extremely bizarre when other people were ordering she didn't tell them there was a wait,but when my children got to the counter before they even order she was sure to tell them that there was a 20 minute wait. I was visiting Los Banos and looked up coffee spots. I found Crema y Nata located in Newman about 30 min from Los Banos. I tried their dulce de leche and it was perfectly sweet and delicious. My husband tried their hazelnut pastry (not pictured) but he loved it. It was flaky and really tasty. The inside is very spacious with a lot of room to sit and plenty of tables to come in and do work or talk. I didn't get the name of the lady who took our order but she was very friendly and happy to give recommendations based on our preferences!
