When we arrived we were informed that they recently changed their reservation system and did not have space for us. They offered we could either come back much later that night, stand in the corner hoping someone left, or try to squeeze in somewhere amongst the currently seated guests. Now we understand that mistakes happen. But just maybe if you have two concurrent reservation systems and a booked out event you might check them to see if there's any overlap. Then you could reach out to people beforehand so they can make alternate arrangements ahead of time. What you don't want is for them to show up and then be told to stand in the corner. We appreciated the offer for some champagne but lets be honest we would have rather just gotten notice a few hours before so we didn't have to stand outside trying to figure out what to do instead. We have been before and had an OK time but can't imagine we would risk going back after that. There's too many places to hear good music and drink good wine in the area these days.

We ended up paying extra for more sauces and some were a hit like the aoli and the sesame soy, but the hot sauce was just a normal Tabasco like sauce so I didn't think it was worth paying for. I politely explained that it didn't make sense for one guest to be eating her entrée while everyone else was still eating appetizers and waiting for their meals. His response was confusing and didn't really address the issue, so we let it go. Unfortunately, the graduate's steak was served cold. Rather than preparing a fresh one, the restaurant simply took it back and returned it about two minutes later. It appeared to be the exact same steak based on how we had left it when it was sent back, and while I'm not sure whether restaurants typically reheat food or prepare a new dish altogether, this one was reheated. To make matters worse, the graduate ended up with a stomachache after eating it. As we continued waiting, our entrées never arrived. The waiter was polite but extremely inattentive. We repeatedly had to flag him down because he rarely checked on our table. After a VERY long wait, I asked about the rest of our meals. At that point, he admitted that he had forgotten to place our entree orders altogether. He then had to take all of our orders again and submit them to the kitchen. By the time our food finally arrived, we were no longer hungry and were extremely frustrated, despite remaining patient and courteous throughout the entire experience. The entrées were decent, but nothing exceptional, especially considering the extremely excessive wait and service issues. The waiter did bring a small dessert for the graduate, which was a nice touch, but it felt more like a complimentary gesture because he had forgotten our entrées than a genuine celebration of the occasion, especially given how disastrous the overall experience had been. What should have been a joyful graduation celebration turned into an exhausting and disappointing dining experience. Fans were blowing away my napkins. When I paid in cash they rounded my bill up to the next dollar. Never had someone do that before. $34 for a cheesesteak, potatoes, and small drink seems to be overly priced at a take-out spot. It would be more understanding if you could dine-in or had waiter service. I ordered the Korean Cheesesteak with smashed fried potatoes and a Bourbon Peach Punch. The drink was tasty but really small to cost $10. It looked like a 6oz cup. I would prefer to pay $5 more for a full glass. The smashed fried potatoes were covered in a sauce and some of the best potatoes I have had anywhere. The cheesesteak was made with pork (also a new experience for me) and had plenty of cheese and onions.
