I came to watch Jurassic World. You have to wait in the snack line to buy a ticket. The few groups of people in front of me ordered a lot of food so you have to wait until their food order is completw just to buy a ticket. Where I live, you can buy your tickets from a kiosk or there is a seperate ticket counter to buy your tickets. So it was odd to have to wait in the food line for 20 minutes just to get a ticket. It was if it was foriegn for someone to buy a ticket only. In the theater, you could hear the movie playing in the next room, so the walls dont have very good insulation. The ticket price was really cheap at $5.75. Im used to $8-$12 per movie.

It may not be fancy theater seating but the seats are about as comfy :)

Being from San Diego and having multiple IMAX theaters within a short drive I'm used to the best possible. I read the previous reviews and was expecting a messy nightmare of a theater. My theater was nice clean and comfortable. Although the seats aren't stadium style they are quite comfortable. Since I saw a movie by myself I have zero complaints here. The screen isn't small for the size of the theater. There are 12 rows with 11 chairs in each, my theater only had one aisle. My movie (Monument Men) was displayed with a digital projector so I can't comment on how their movies on film look. Audio of the movie was loud and clear but you could hear some of the action sequences next door. My 2 cents, if you come here to see an action flick you'll never hear your neighbors. People were nice although they didn't want me to bring my backpack into the theater. I found out the reason when I entered the theater that there was only one aisle. Since I was alone in the theater they let me in with it. I assumed it was to keep food out but it looks like its a safety thing. Also I wanted to add that I feel the $8.50 ticket is just a tad too steep. I didn't buy any candy but that was priced high as well. I didn't look to see if the popcorn and soda was because I wasn't interested. All in all, if I were in town to see a movie I would do it again. I don't mind seeing movies on smaller screens but I'll save the big blockbuster movies for when I'm back home in an IMAX!

For the price and convenience it's worth it. Early bird tickets are $5.50. Show times can be seen on their website. Concession stand looks a bit expensive, but aren't most. There's only 2 people in the room, pretty cool. Definitely needs a renovation, but this city takes what they can get. Sound quality was great.

I had a lovely time. Cool place, not too crowded. The staff were nice and the tickets weren't too expensive.

Crescent City is a small town and this is a small town theater, so if you're expecting an Imax experience, this is not the place for you.

Something that grossed me out where the carpets. Goodness looks like dirt caked into the carpet. We need rug Dr in the house ASAP!!! Or at least a whole carpet removal! Used the restrooms, seemed fairly clean with the exception of a pooped toilet. I made sure to use the restroom in the fartest entrance. Prior to my visit, I had gone to see Zootopia and cannot believe how people on five dollar Tuesday treat the environment where they have wrappers on the floor and it is just pandemonium. Overall, I was rated as a B minus experience, but I really enjoyed the movie Hail Mary. Sadly, on a Tuesday the bigger theaters for $5 Dollar Tuesdays were trashed. Don't people know how to aim at the trash or know to treat other places better or similar to their own homes?

The movie prices are reasonable. They do an overall good job of keeping up the theater. We came to see "back to the future", which was celebrating its 40th anniversary with a re-release on the big screen. It's a fun movie and it was great to see it on the big screen again. The way they do the tickets, is they don't have a separate ticket booth, the people who run the snack bar also sell the tickets. The problem is, when we were there, there were only two people at the snack bar, and they were selling tickets and running the snack bar at the same time. My sister ,and I waited in line over 10 minutes, and we were still quite a ways from the front of the line. I made a comment how one person should just be selling tickets, and fortunately , another person in line ahead of me heard my comment, and said that there was a ticket kiosk, and he pointed it out to me. We didn't want anything at the snack bar, so I went over to the kiosk to get our tickets, and we headed into the theater. The reason I'm taking away a star, as while it's nice to have the ticket kiosk, As happened to us, if you don't know, it's there, you will miss it. There should be something that points you to the ticket kiosk, so that you don't automatically get in line if you don't know it's there. That was a bit of an inconvenience and if we would've had to wait in that long line to buy our tickets, we would've missed the beginning of the movie. Now that we know about the kiosk, we will use it in the future. They just need to be more obvious about letting people know it's there.

It had been awhile since my last visit so I lined up despite paying online in their website in advance. I am so glad I did this because they had to search me up on their website and give me a stamp if I needed to step out fir fresh air. Indoors, you either can walk forward to order food or make a left or right to walk into the venue. I walked the hallway to reserve my seating and set my stuff down. Seating works in mysterious ways you can either sit on a table or tall stool against the wall. If you have someone sit in front of you, they might block your view. So it's not the most ideal. I hope in the future they update this feature with comfy recliner chairs and an elevated movie experience. I understand it can also be for concerts so some compromising must be done. Unfortunately I did not use the restroom or order food so I couldn't tell you what that was like. I was highly disappointed with their rug near their kitchen area and hallway. It grossed me out so much that I decided against buying any food. I hope they decide on using a rug doctor in the future!!!
