My phone was broken and they tried to tell me there was no way for me to buy a new phone without adding a new line. That is false! You just need to go to a real (corporate) T-Mobile Store - there is one on Carolton. This was easily the worst customer service I've ever had. I walked in and stated clearly - I need to buy a phone today, I don't need anything else. She could have just told me I needed to go to a corporate store for that issue. Instead, she made me wait there for 30 minutes, assuring me that its impossible to buy a phone without adding a new line. Obviously that is not true, people's phones break or get stolen all the time, they just buy new phones. Eventually after speaking to her manager, Jonathan, he explained they get paid on commission - no wonder she didn't want to redirect me to the right location!! Anyway once I called a family member and she spoke to real T-Mobile customer service, we realized this is a fake T-Mobile Store and that is why there are limited options. When I said that, the staff member who was supposed to help me became very nasty and rude. Extremely unprofessional. She had no sense of customer service or even human decency. I didn't have a phone to call anyone or look anything up. She basically just said I was shit out of luck. She wouldn't even give me the phone number for the real T-Mobile Store so I could call and see what time they were open until. When I asked her her name, she refused to give it to me (.... not professional at all!!!). All I can say is she had hair that was dyed bright red. Her coworkers on service were Jonathan (a manager) and Joanna, and both were equally as unhelpful as this girl with the bright red hair. Don't come here if you want a phone!!! They are no help and do not deserve your commission. I hope the manager reads this and the girl with the red hair gets fired.

It was quick, easy, and the service rep was friendly and helpful. I actually walked out paying less for my internet service than I was when I came in, so the bundle was a great value. Its so nice to have an office here in town rather than having to go down to the city.

They tell you how much they appreciate your 30 plus years as a customer and promise reductions here and there on different packages, after which they give you a new price, but that guarantee of no increases during the promo period is a lie. Within 1 year of my 2yr promo, my bill jumped twice, from $305 to $335, to $356. Then when you make an inquiry, you get someone telling you the promo had nothing to do with price increases. The rep I spoke to couldn't care less, apparently, making no effort to resolve my concerns to my satisfaction, and telling me she couldn't escalate my call to someone who might. I asked her to send verification of the new pricing based upon services I requested dropped and downgraded. She didn't bother to send anything to the email on file, and the one she sent to me had broken or expired links. Figures. But thanks anyway for my 30 plus years of loyalty, Then to add insult to injury they try to sell you a mobile plan. Well, I've been with T-Mobile for 20 years and never had to call them to dicker over price increases. NEVER. So why in the heck would I switch my cellular to a company I have to barter with every year or so.
