They ended up performing a fecal exam, giving Distemper and Parvo shots, a Heartworm test and charged an office visit! This place is a scam and does not care what you want. I spoke with Dr Rentfrow herself about the issue and she said it just "must" have been a misunderstanding between the Tech and I. The Tech clearly knew as we had an in depth conversation about it so she lied. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS THERE! They are only there for the money and do what "they" want to your pet.
